I ordered a NY style crust 6-cut pizza with bacon and mushrooms for $17. There was barely any sauce or cheese and the very little bits of bacon were just lumps of disgusting fat. I am extremely disappointed and will probably never order from Papa John's again.

This evening I ordered a thin crust pizza with pepperoni onions and sausage for carry out via the app. When I got home and opened my pizza box what I found was a regular crust pizza with only sausage, which is incredibly frustrating considering that I paid extra for the other toppings that I never received. I've gotten pizza from this place a few times and I've never had any problems so I was quite disappointed this time. From now on, I will have to check everything before I leave because unfortunately I cannot trust the staff to do their job correctly.

Very good pizza awesome that garlic sauce comes with it and the pepper!! Wish they would start making regular hoagies though!! Papadias are ok & good and all, . But not as good as a hoagie! A parmesan crusted hoagie bun would be also amazing!!

They changed the min order for delivery to ten dollars. I usually get a small order and have discount codes. It used to not be like that. Take away the min order requirement because since you wont take my code the driver doesn't get a tip.

Just make sure you ask them to wash their hands instead of just using hand sanitizer after accepting your payment & then touching the dough to prepare your pizza.

I will never order from this place again. Which is unfortunate because they have been good since they opened. I enjoy eating at this location. The food is always hot and good, but a few days ago i ordered a pizza and never arrived by the time I woke up. It was too late to call in. So I called the next day and let them know the manager was extremely nasty. And ask me why I didn't call the night before.I explained that I fell asleep and it was too late to call once.I woke up and realized my kids didn't receive their pizza i did .I go to the store to get a receipt of a confirmation that she sent my refund back.Cause I didn't see an email.And this idiot called the police on me never again.The Manger is extremely unprofessional,short tempered and not someone that need to managing anyone if anything she needs to be managed . It just goes for show that will give any jerk a title and a job hopefully She's fired so so I can order from them again. I'm pretty sure she probably won't be there, that long with her nasty attitude.
