This was my first and last time eating at this place. The staff was nice enough but it took forever to bring out my pizza, and when it arrived it was cold. I saw a mouse running around and when I pointed it out to my server she didn’t seem concerned at all. There were mouse droppings on the floor! This place is disgusting and unsanitary. Digiornos makes better pizzas, at least theirs are hot.

In summary, rude service and we got sick. I was the only customer and was told to wait five minutes. Then I was given the old pizza. And my wife and I got sick. How about throwing out the old pizza that has been sitting all afternoon?

It was $45 for Alfredo with chicken and the portion was pretty unremarkable. The service was also all over the place. There were many open tables but we were told it was a 45 minute wait. Our waitress seemed super confused and even forgot one of our party members meals… I wouldn’t come back.

Had a very nice classmates get together 1-30-25 table of 8 for 6:00 …I arrived at 5:30 sat the Bar and had a Gin n olives found out that it was happy hour 1/2 price ….4 friends arrived within 5 minutes and we walked to the table when they walked to the bar (no waitress ) they were charged FULL price ???? Because happy hour only applies to bar and NOT to people at table ???? I’ve gotten too old for ridiculous rules !!! I didn’t want to embarrass my friends but there are PLENTY bars and restaurants in the strip that will appreciate our business next time !

Had a reservation for 8 for 6pm Saturday. The entire group seated by 6:05pm. Server friendly. Appetizers & drinks slow to arrive. Server apologized. 4/8 meals-2 baked cod dinners, 1 chicken parm, 1 veal parm arrived over an hour later on warm plates but food itself was cold . The owner made his way to table refused to touch or taste food. Stated plate was warm . We asked him to taste or touch meat- he refused. The other 4 diners never arrived- one being 2 slices of pepperoni pizza. The owner basically threw the food away and said fine get out. There was no attempt to rectify the situation. The hostess claimed she should have never seated us due to being late ?!?! I am totally shocked at the owners behavior. After well over an hour 4 meals hadn’t made it to the table. Oh and the owner said if you don’t like slow service don’t make a reservation at 6pm on a Saturday.?!? What’s sad is the staff quietly agreed but said their hands were tied - they couldn’t risk speaking up and losing their jobs. In 6mos when this place is closed maybe the owner can read this post and gain some insight into how to run a restaurant.

Went to this restaurant with a group of 8. We were waited on by a waiter who continually attempted to satisfy us despite the fact that the drinks were slow to come out and the food was slower. When the food finally came out it was not hot and while trying to resolve the problem the owner got involved. This is where the experience got really bad. Owner told us the food was not cold, but would not try it. The group was also told that if we did not want to wait 2 hours do not come for dinner on a Saturday at 6. I have never been treated worse at any restaurant and this is by far the worse experience I have ever had at an eating establishment. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME TRYING TO SUPPORT THIS ESTABLISHMENT.

Was sat and never waited on. Greeted every table around us and took their orders while we were there before them. Never going back. Service sucks

We decided to try Papa J’s after seeing a post on social media about their pizza. WOW! My husband and I each ordered a slice of pizza. I ordered the mortadella and he ordered the sausage. First impression—the crust is to die for! It is crispy on the edges and pillowy soft inside. Ingredients are fresh and well balanced. I especially loved the flavor of sausage after trying a bite of my husband’s pizza and the banana peppers and marscapone on my pizza. We were very impressed and both agreed we can’t get pizza like that at home. Don’t pass up on this gem!

I would give multiple stars to one of the waitresses but 1 to the food. We waited 25 minutes after our appetizer of fried zucchini - for two slices of pizza. When it finally arrived it was stone cold- like it had been taken out of the oven and sitting for ten plus minutes. If the food was good the prices would be justifiable- but it was sub-par. Super disappointing because I had much higher expectations.
