EXCELLENT French restaurant -- one of my new fav restaurants in Pittsburgh so far. Top 2 probably. Service was fantastic & friendly, cocktails were AMAZING (French Martini is a must!!), Lamb with root vegetables on the side was to die for. 12/10 would recommend!!! Excellent vibes, perfect night.

My father in Italy has the same food at his local "trattoria" for 10 euro wine included; here you pay 80 dollars. Moreover I can make the same Nutella crepes, but with more Nutella ;)

This was our second time visiting Paris 66 and we loved it. The food was terrific, and the service really made the meal. The setting and noise level made it comfortable to have conversation. Really can't say enough - we had a wonderful meal.

Food was fine. Not the best but good. Very overpriced for the quality and serving size. Dont take this as the food was bad because it was fine, it just made me wanting something that truly impressed me. For the price I was expecting something that blew me away and I didn't get that. Overall was an ok experience.

Although the restaurant was not very busy, it took a half an hour for the waiter to take our order. It was only then that he announced that my dining companion's preferred entree was unavailable, which caused another delay. When the food finally arrived it was meh. The steak was served with two giant dollops of butter on top and not a sauce, as advertised. All this would matter far less if the place were less expensive. But for $250+ for two people, I expect more.

While waiter is so nice and ambience nice, the prices were ridiculous. Hadn't been in years and won't return. Only frites were worth going back for. My friend ordered steak salad and for $46 she expected to take enough home for lunch today. The portion was so small. And my fish was good just so not worth it. Only 1 other couple was there .. clearly we aren't only people who feel this way. Sad bc it could be good.

We waited over an hour between our appetizer service and our dinner service. It was clear it wasn't just our table since we heard all the servers apologizing for the wait. The frites were excellent, the foie gras appetizer was great. The desserts were disappointing. This used to be a fabulous and consistent restaurant. I don't think the value is there for the price point anymore.

Edited for owner response: Let me elaborate. SALTY, RAW, LAMB CHOPS! SALTY, UNDERCOOKED RATATOUILLE! OVER PRICED NASTY COCKTAILS!

Don't pretend to know why I was here. Nothing to do with restaurant week. I could not care less about whatever that is. But perhaps YOU should concentrate on the rest of your menu, or just tell people that only the restaurant week items are available. Your response shouts your arrogance.

Cramped, overpriced. Salty. Nonsense, really. 300 dollars and I'm still hungry. Give me a break. For that kind of money I should have nothing to complain about. This is somewhere you go so you can say you went.

Had such a wonderful meal here tonight with my fiancé. Was curious what to expect due to the variety of reviews online - but happy to say the food and ambience exceeded expectations! Highly recommend their Brie brûlée (as seen in attached pic with French 75) as well as the Chèvre Chaud. The homemade fries were delicious! My fiancé says his filet was one of the best he’s had.

I didn’t find the price to be overwhelming - we both had our main entrees, a couple appetizers, shared dessert, and two drinks each so the bill wasn’t a surprise.

Nathan was also very kind and welcoming.

Thanks!! We’ll be back!

Paris 66 was a real treat. My colleague and I work nearby and previously discussed interest in trying them out. I saw that they had a menu for Pittsburgh restaurant week and figured we'd take advantage of it. The restaurant is very intimate and gives all the Parisian vibes. The wait staff were very polite and attentive. The food was also excellent I had their pureed (mashed) potatoes and as a mashed potato lover I can say that they were probably some of the best I've ever had. I don't enjoy junk fees especially when you're spending the kind of money you're going to spend there. So my drawbacks to the experience were the undisclosed fees which were the 3% charge when using a card the automatic 20% gratuity for choosing the restaurant Week menu and being charged for water ( don't think I've ever been charged for water). Other than that I would go back to just have the potatoes again.
