Ordered online option for sauce,I opted for marinara with sausage and pepperoni what a Dave Portnoy disappointment huge Flop way to much sauce. Called and asked is marinara the pizza sauce they said no pizza sauce is sweeter. Zucchini was good but I’ll never go back customer service was not good even though it was my mistake you want your customer to have a good experience send me another pizza well I won’t go back they never offered to correct my problem.

We order frequently from this restaurant for delivery. We enjoy their food. But sometimes there are issues.
Yesterday, we ordered and were missing 2 side pastas on the order. We still paid for them, tip, and tax on the order. I don't know if it was delivery issue or the restaurant prep of our order. This is the SECOND TIME this has occurred. We don't mind paying the price, but please get what we ordered to us!
I would also like so see an online ordering option of 'sauce on the side.' We would also like to see lasagna added on the online menu.

April 20th, 2024.Question: if you order food directly from the restaurant website for delivery and it says 30-40 minutes, how long after that would you call the place?Now if you do call and get “placed on hold” but really they just set the phone down, and hear them talking about forgetting to deliver your order, then they say “oh it’s on its way now.” What are the chances that your food is still going to be warm if it’s already 20 minutes past the 40 minute the “estimated delivery?” Then they show up 20 minutes after that time…Winner if you guessed cold and soggy. The pizza cheese was already hard. It wasn’t even warm. The bread on the hoagie was soggy because it was wrapped in paper for who knows how long.So I called back and just said hey, i called a little bit ago and my food was just delivered and it’s cold. The guy acts like he doesn’t know and is playing dumb. I said listen, I overheard you talking before and you said you forgot about my order. I order from you all of the time but never do delivery. It’s always great, this is not that. So he says they will remake it. It’s too late for that now as it’s 9pm, plus would it ever get here? I told them to come back and get their food and to please refund me. He said he will refund me.What are the chances that I will actually be refunded? If you guessed they didn’t refund you’d be correct. I waited to post this until after I never was refunded. Additionally there was not even an apology.

Hidden gem. Will be back again. Large plain cheese, perfect. Large House Special, perfect. Sweet sauce, good crust. House Balsamic Dressing is so good. The guy making pizza’s left his kitchen to help jump my mom’s car. You can’t get better service. Great people….when we brought it home everyone who had it said “this pizza is good, where’d you get it?”

This is consistently my favorite pizza place in Pittsburgh. Their food is always amazing. Pizza sauce has a unique taste to it and is far from bland. Their pasta is always cooked perfectly. You can tell they use more fresh ingredients than other places as well. They’ve also been awesome in following delivery instructions which our apartment can be a bit weird. All over amazing place to eat.
