I read some of the reviews before we went there for breakfast as we were staying at the hotel. I understand the egg comment because they are soft scrambled but they were very good. The bacon is real bacon. And yes, it's not as crispy as some people would like it, but it's good. The service was excellent. They took extremely good care of us. Cleared our plates quickly and we're always available for whatever we needed.

I'll rate the service first, because the staff can only work with what management provides. I am sure they're doing their best. Next, let's discuss the atmosphere. It's mostly oxygen. That is the kindest thing i can say. The decor tries very hard to prepare you for a wonderful culinary experience, but it's completely misleading you. The breakfast.... Lets briefly mention this breakfast. I believe i have discovered what they do with the contents of the vacuum cleaner bags and plumbing clean outs. This attempted food was lower than the quality of the free breakfast at a La Quinta or Hampton Inn. The price of $20/person for what i can only assume is Eggs Erroneous, the floppiest of bacon, frightening piles of what aspires to be sausage. Please, unless you have no choice, venture out of the building and spend the same money on much better food. I wish I had.

Breakfast is not free at the Westin! It’s $20 for your standard hotel breakfast buffet thats free at lesser hotel chains. There is no food difference.

I went into the restaurant for carryout during the hours of their breakfast buffet. They had french toast on the buffet but I wanted blueberry pancakes. So the wait staff asked the chef if he could make me blueberry pancakes and he did. The chef and the wait staff were very accommodating, and the wait staff was professional and helpful.

We were brought to a soaking wet table. The hostess said our server would be along shortly. 10 minutes go by, no server…just staff standing around, looking around so we left.

Worst breakfast buffet ever! I picked up 5 DIRTY plates before I found a clean one. YUCK!!? I thought the eggs had cheese but they were just that runny. I didn't get a drink refill because there was only one waitress. I left hungry after paying 20 dollars a person. They should be ashamed!
We had breakfast here on Sunday morning. Nice selection of breakfast items. Everything appeared to be nice and fresh. Will definitely come back here. Located on the second floor of the Westin Hotel.
