Love this place

Went in for take out seen my food behind counter stood there for 15 minutes while employees ignored me and didn't say a word food was soggy and wet

Great service and great food! Everyone was very friendly. Ordered a BLT and received it with the bacon still sizzling. Highly recommend!!!!!

Worst experience ever garbage never return

Just left here, not impressed. We asked for a classic Italian, we were looking at the cold sandwich menu. When the sandwich was done, we got a hot sandwhich. I brought it to their attention and it was replaced. We were never asked if we wanted the sandwich hot or cold, and we didn't even know there was a difference. The biggest disappointment is the whole experience took nearly 30 minutes and the way we requested was no lettuce and no onion. Didn't leave much to the sandwich. So why did it take so long even to make the cold version.

I just visited this location and "the lady the runs this place" ( her words not mine) was extremely rude and confrontational when I told her my transaction was approved on the kiosk and she told me it wasn't on her end. My phone dings and my app says the transaction was debited from acct. Instead of being patient while i check my acct...she tries to argue with me in front of a coworker Shayla...who was very nice and understanding. She even looked at my phone with me to verify the transaction and even she seen it. I don't know what was wrong with Katie today but she needs an attitude adjustment if she's going to deal with the public🤷🏿‍♀️ Food was good though.

Order $50 worth of food from here Atleast 3 times a month. We get the same thing every time. Usually very good and the employees are great. First time seeing the manager Katie there and our order was wrong. Spoke to her on the phone to get our order remade to only have problems when I arrived back at the restaurant. Not only did she suggest it was my fault and ordered wrong but also said she told me to bring the other sandwich’s back which she never said or I would’ve had no problem doing that. They weren’t being eaten. Instead of an apology she had an attitude and blamed me. Not to mention she was the one who took my order in the first place . I’ve worked in food industry for almost a decade and also order out 3 times a week. Never once had to go back and forth in a situation like this.makes me never want to order again. I submitted on the website as well.
