“Pittsburgh, don't sleep on this true gem! My friends and I have been going here for years. Not only is the food amazing (the vegetariano sandwich is our favorite, but their specials are also always on point too), but the owners, Maritza and Lance are genuine, so thoughtful, and down-to-earth kind. They helped me surprise a friend with some La Feria goodies, and they truly went above and beyond to make this happen. What an amazing small business you can be supporting during these Covid times! “El Pollon in Carnegie is a tasteful choice for authentic Peruvian food. On a recent visit I tried the Tallarin Verde con Bistec, chicken burrito, onion and tomato salad, Peruvian fried rice, tres leches and flan. The food was seasoned well and cooked perfectly. The staff was attentive and kind. I will definitely return to try more of their menu. Definitely save room for dessert!!!

Parking: There is also a paid parking lot about two blocks down in the heart of Carnegie if street parking is full.“
