Highly recommended!

Stopped in for a quick snack while doing errands. Ordered 3 pretzels for 2 people with 1 dipping sauce. There was some tearing while they were getting the pretzels apart, so they threw in extra pretzels. It was honestly already a good deal, and with the bonus pretzels I was genuinely shocked. Not often you get service like that these days!

Was expecting more of a mall pretzel quality, dense or dry, but these were just the right texture: a bit soft but not too soft, chewy but not dense, salted but not too salty. They were also HUGE. Easily the best pretzels I've had in my life.

On top of this, the spicy mustard is of shockingly high quality! You can taste the horseradish, with that delightful little numbing sensation in the nose. Not very vinegary, but very deep in flavour.

The store was really clean inside and well-staffed. Everyone was so friendly. All the prices were so low I felt like I was living in the '90s again. Oh, and the icing on the cake? The payment system didn't ask for a tip. I could enjoy my pretzels at listed cost and guilt free.

Will definitely be back!

Very friendly staff. I bought the 5 pack with cheese dip... Everything taste soo good.

Parking: In front of store there are, I'd say 7 to 9 parking spots.

Always clean every time I go in as well as always very energetic workers ! Amazing pretzels with a great variety! Owner is very generous and gives back to the community all the time without any recognition! Awesome place in the community

Great service made it fresh as I waited 10 minutes delicious

The young lady that helped us had all of ours made in just 5 mins and that included that she was working by herself and in a walking boot. Incredible customer service and amazing pretzels. Still warm when we got back into Ohio. Awesome
