Very friendly staff. I bought the 5 pack with cheese dip... Everything taste soo good.Parking: In front of store there are, I'd say 7 to 9 parking spots.Kid-friendliness: They offer free bite size samples.Wheelchair accessibility: Everything is street level, with a wide enough door.

Always ready when I pick up my orders. I usually get the pretzel rivet trays, but the full size pretzels also slap. Casual. Exactly what you'd expect. Price is cheap. Why get any other pretzels??

The young lady that helped us had all of ours made in just 5 mins and that included that she was working by herself and in a walking boot. Incredible customer service and amazing pretzels. Still warm when we got back into Ohio. Awesome

Was in the area, and my wife used to live in Philly (and may or may not have lived off of pretzels and soup), so she insisted we go in.The place is takeout, with a variety of pretzel options. For relatively cheap, you can get Philly-style pretzels a la carte. They also sell nuggets (both salted and cinnamon sugar), dips, and hotdog pretzels. A woman was walking out with a giant party tray of pretzels, so that's an option for your next get-together. The service was fast and friendly.Like I said, I don't have a major nostalgia connection to Philly-style pretzels, so to me, they were just okay. But if you want to go big on pretzels for a good price, this place is a good option.

No fuss. No muss. Just good pretzels. I don't know what it is about the east coast, but y'all (or should I say yinz guys) do pretzels and bagels better than anyone else.Made a super quick pass in the drive thru to get some crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside goodness with a side of nacho cheese. The guys working this little spot were super friendly and quick to serve, but they forgot my drink. That's okay. They were friendly enough for me to overlook that slight. This spot didn't have seating, so we ate in the car. No regrets.
