Our server was very nice. Very good decor, and the food is to die for. Also very great prices for the amount of food you get. All the food comes out really quickly also. Everything tastes fresh, and I recommend it to all of my friends and they love it! Overall amazing experience!

Awesome experience, been meaning to go here for years. Had Seafood Phô, biggest bowl serving Phô I've ever had. Nearly a foot in diameter, left my measuring tape in the car.
See picture, ball cap for scale. Did not skimp on seafood meats in the bowl. Had spring rolls as well. Everything was fresh and delicious. Enjoyed part of the Steelers game on screen, with a nearly deserted restaurant.
Highly recommend. Reasonably priced, about $20 with appetizer.

It had been years since I’ve been because of a bad experience and subpar food.
This morning I had watery lukewarm pho tai, and my husband had very fishy seafood pho he couldn’t even eat.
The fresh roll’s shrimp was great either. The dipping sauce was off tasting.
I asked for the inedible seafood soup to be taken off our bill. A “manager” came over and attacked me. She said I must be sick because their seafood is absolutely fresh, and delivered daily from the strip. That place in strip is very questionable if you know anything about seafood BTW. I didn’t even eat the seafood soup, and I wasn’t “sick.”
I like pho. I don’t go to pho because I’m “sick.”
I will never go back. I used to be a regular customer for years!
The way this woman talked to me was incredibly rude. No apologies. I don’t know if she’s ever been in customer service before, because it seemed like maybe not?

Worst Pad Thai I've ever had. The most bland food I've ever put into my gullett. The noodles are also obnoxiously huge.

I got some sushi and a Banh Mi sandwich.

The sushi rice was quite large, which is not standard but okay. Nice little seaweed wrap around them like you only see in a high end sushi restaurant. I got unagi (eel), shrimp, and crab stick. Crab stick and the shrimp are nice, again, a large block of rice. The eel was good and huge pieces of eel, which is very nice to see, except it had a sickeningly sweet sauce on it. The sauce that comes with the eel should not be anywhere near as sweet as this. It ruined the dish.

Then I had the Banh Mi. Worst Banh Mi I’ve ever had. Now bear in mind I've been to Vietnam several times, lived in Southeast Asia for 20 years, so I know what a Banh Mi tastes like. They put a sweet brown gravy that absolutely ruined the Banh Mi. There's no sweet sauce that goes on a Banh Mi. Completely out of place. The pickled carrots and radish were almost nonexistent and no cucumbers, fresh chilies or cilantro. This is NOT a Banh Mi. I wish I'd eaten it in the restaurant so I could have sent it back and not paid for it.

Add to these issues that the Vietnamese waiter was more interested in the ball game than doing his job. All in all, two stars tops.
