I'll start off by saying that the staff were really nice and accommodating. It is a cash only business, so please be prepared.
Maybe this place is only good for pho because the item I ordered were not up to par if comparing to other Vietnamese restaurants. Their grilled pork was the thinness piece of unseasoned boneless pork chop and they just put oyster sauce on top of it. The papaya salad didn't have any tomatoes or chili peppers in there.

This is probably my favorite restaurant in Pittsburgh. I have been coming here for over 12 years and always get the same thing- soup #22 on the menu. Everyone working here is so kind and the service is fast. The prices are also very affordable.

The broth int the pho is very good (that is the key element). Service is efficient. The place is low key...typical of small Asian restaurant like you find in Asia. I just wish portions were a bit bigger but since the price is pretty good, it compensates.
