I visit this location in Robinson often. I always am greeted And helped right away. Great service and great food. Tonight during my visit, Jeffery helped me and was super pleasant!

We stopped in today and the food, but especially the customer service was amazing! We were helped by Micheal, who despite the fact that he was running the store all on his own, delivered AMAZING customer service. He was extremely kind and helpful, and we will be coming back!!! 🙏

Legit my favorite location to dine in. Micheal King runs this location with so much pose and grace. It’s always clean, good always cooked to perfection and the energy is always refreshing upon arrival and exit.

I had a wonderful experience at Piada today! The food was delicious, but what really stood out was the incredible service.
Katy, in particular, was so friendly and welcoming to us. She was pleasant, efficient, and made the whole visit enjoyable. Her great attitude definitely enhanced our lunch.

We stopped in last night (12/4/2025) for dinner and the food was fresh and delicious. The chefs were great! Friendly and helpful. The store/dining area was clean and inviting. We did miss the calamari - but that will not stop us from eating here again and again!!
