Pizza Care is by far my favorite pizza in Pittsburgh. I have traveled there late at night, it’s a 30 mins drive from where I reside that’s how much I love their pizza.
Now here comes my issue. Online it states that they are open, I have literally drove out my way twice for them to be closed. Saturday night I placed an order online, my card was charged $30+ for me to drive there and they be closed. I called multiple times only to not have my call answered. I think it’s crazy if they’re closed that you can still purchase food and that the hours aren’t marked temporarily closed. Other could also be driving out their way because online it says open. I would like to get reimbursed and compensated for my troubles. It could have very well been my last couple of dollars. Now that I’m writing this and thinking I drove out my way three times. The third time they was open but not making pizza due to a renovation. I was told on a Monday that they would be fully functional on that Wednesday. Someone need to be in charge of their online orders because this is insane.
Walked 20 mins to get my daughter a meal based on the online menu and they aren't even open. Cleared out. What a disappointment
Tasty pie 🎶🎵
I called maybe 25 times nobody picked up. It says open and they have been letting standards drop lately.
Thank you so much for helping and supporting our event today at CMU. The pizzas were delicious.
Took them 55 minutes to cook a 12 piece wing and whenever I showed up, it still wasn’t done
My favorite place. Get pepperoni pizza with double pepperoni you won’t regret

Crust inconsistent - as in completely different. The pizza that I ordered last night had very run of the mill mushy crust. Very different than the thin, crispy and delicious crust previously used for pizzas here (like just 1 month ago). Totally different pizza if you change the crust. Not sure whats going on with this place.
Store was very dirty, and the bathrooms were awful. To even get into the bathroom, you had to use a kitchen utensil to Jimmy the door lock because they didn't have the keys. I ordered and asked for my pizza to be made with extra sauce. I got my food to go very timely but then noticed once I started to eat it had hardly had any sauce period. It was super greasy which I understand pizza is, but with hardly any sauce or pizza crust it just tasted like oil. The staff that I spoke with was friendly but that is about all.

I ordered the $18 gluten free philly sandwich with half the cheese normally put on the sandwich. It was delivered with no cheese, no mayo, very little meat and mostly lettuce with a small amount of pepper and onion. It was the worst sandwich I ever bought! All you could taste was lettuce and bread. Very disappointed. Was a rip off!

This is the third or fourth time that I try to order online and every time that I try to order online it cancels my order I don’t know what y’all got going on don’t offer online ordering if you can’t execute it..
Ordered 2 pizzas. Ate half and told them that it was a very bad pizza. They said. It seems so to you. Well, an hour later we are all sick, our stomachs hurt.

I love pizza and Italian hoagies. I always try their food and I feel very good taste from the meals. Additionally they have free parking lot that’s why you can sit without any problems.
