Just not the same, I understand that Covid killed a bunch of stuff, but now it's more of like a takeout place and they don't even have servers anymore. They bring it to your table in a box so it feels more like they don't want to eat there.

Pizza Hut on Mall loop Drive is a nice dine. It was quiet, the Pizza was hot and the manager was a nice guy. A hidden gem.

We ordered a pizza bundle and both pizzas were burnt. We were given a credit and we tried again. Our wings had a spoonful of sauce on them and our pizza was undercooked and topings tasted like they were old. I got a survey and advised them again of how disappointed we were. I got a response by emil saying thanks for taken the time to fill out survey we will use that to better ourselves. From looking at the reviews I don't expect them to be open much longer. Management can't even handle situations properly!

Food always good. One person working in the afternoon shift for lunch so service wasn't the best, however the person did an awesome job. Hope she makes a great pay doing the work of 3 people.

What can I say...I have been coming to this pizza hut since childhood and I know like everything in life, unfortunately, time changes things and not always for the best. The quality of the food has dropped significantly. We chose to drive to pizza hut and dine-in because it usually tastes better, fresher, hotter. We arrived at the front desk and right from the start were ignored for 5 minutes straight. A woman employee walked past us numerous times and never could say, "we will be with you in a moment". I don't understand where, why, or when customer curiosity disappeared, but it is everywhere. Like we are such a burden on employees to be at their workplace. Do they not understand if we were not patronizing their establishment they wouldn't have this job? I digress, after sitting down and waiting for our pizza and breadstick and after tipping over 20% for making an order at a counter, our food was brought to the table, by a different employee. We asked politely for plates and silverware and without even turning around and walking away he said they are behind the cooler. How would anyone know that? And why wouldn't that just be stated nicely after placing food on our table. We unfortunately are done ever going there. Its probably been 35 years of going to this establishment, but the customer care and the food (which tasted just as good as the service) has now put a sour taste in our mouth.

I stopped here before and it was during the warmer weather, the pizzas came out nice and golden, the customer service was friendly and the atmosphere was upbeat. This time pizzas were more brownish than golden, the customer service was more stagnant than upbeat and the atmosphere was so gloomy and frostie. Big difference between the summer and winter weather.

Used to come here with Coworkers in years passed for lunch and it was pleasant, other than the occasional screw up and "Yins gonna get a free pizza today".Took my kids here a while back to dine in. Of course dine in was self serv because of the lingering Covid rules. Employees taking my order had a horrible attitude and so did everyone else . Everything in the Dining area was a mess. The Young man that brought out food out must have done delivery because he just threw it on the Table like it was a Frisbee.
Fast forward to Today (date posted). Nothing has changed. Kids wanted pizza, was off work, thought it would be nice treat. Ordered food, go to find a nice clean booth .... NONE existed! Every damn table was a mess and so was the floor. My pizza comes out , and of course it's wrong. I take it back up and tell them they have the sauce wrong, instead of apologizing the Lady tells me" I can't take that back' . Complete miserable b-t-h. They make me the correct pizza, wasn't great, it was half assed. Paid damn near $40 for 2 regular pizzas. What a Joke. Same woman didn't even say sorry, thank you, or have a nice day.... Nothing. I DONT UNDERSTAND how this place is still in business. Nobody gives a crap about it at all. Dont dine in here. You will NOT be a happy camper

PIZZA HERE IS AWFUL 🤢
Tried to place an online order but something happened on the computer and wasn't sure if the order went through. I didnt get an email confirmation for the order but i didnt want to try again and end up with two orders so i tied to call the Rt 51 location. No luck. Tried to call but no one ever answers. Finally got through after 4 or 5 tries and got put on hold. After about 10 seconds, they hung up. Called back and went on hold for about a couple more minutes and got disconnected. Finally someone answered as if it was a call center. They transferred me to someone they said could help, got put on hold and again, 10 seconds later, got disconnected. Really sad.

What on earth has happened to pizza hut?
Heard they reopened buffet so went last night to the West Mifflin location. Walked in and sat down. Table next to us mentioned there wasn't really wait staff so we needed to order and pre-pay up front. On way up stopped to check out buffet. NO salad bar, the cpl tablespoons of each of two pastas were dried up and there was 1 1/2 pizza on the buffet. Decide to just order our own pizzas at that point. We got two larges that came pretty quick, but were doughy and RAW. Told the older teen at counter and he did apologise..(as he should as he was the one baking pizzas) but didn't offer to remake, put back in oven..nothing. I said it was disgusting and said I guess I would need 2 boxes to take them home and cook them. He handed me the boxes and away we went.
Never again.
