Assuming that you aren’t looking for a Michelin star experience, this place is fine. It’s cheap pizza at a convenience. If you have two brain cells to rub together, you will be able to find it between Starbucks and the check lanes without any issues.Vegetarian options: Cheese pizza, need I say more?Parking: You have the entire Target and mall parking lots at your disposal. There will be a spot for you.Kid-friendliness: Great customer service in general, employees are patient and helpful to kids. For instance, they may help count change or show them how to use their debit cards.Wheelchair accessibility: The Target store and mall are both wheelchair accessible.

We had a totally average pizza takeout experience here. We ordered a dinner box with a supreme pizza and received the pizza, breadsticks, and cinnamon sticks in separate packages rather than one big box - no problem at all for us. The cinnamon sticks were actually the best I've ever had from a Pizza Hut - 10/10! Pizza had plenty of toppings, and the breadsticks were mostly delicious, though some ends were stiff. If you're looking for the best pizza around, this likely isn't it. But if you want something dependable and easy, this Pizza Hut had our food ready on time and met our expectations.

I’m only giving it one star because the employees who work there are so nice. But this place is either always out of pizza or over the last month or so the pizza is completely burnt. And when they remake it, it’s still burned. My kids won’t eat it.

Needs more workers, takes forever. Pay more or something idk, run a damn business right or don't do it at all.

I got a thin crust pizza for the 1st time Thinking ok maybe I might like it Turned out I was wrong So nasty The crust was hard barely any cheese I'm sure the box would have had more flavor Never ever ever again I ended up throwing everything away

I was excited to try the Detroit Style pizza. I ordered online using the app. I think they have a wonderful app, except for not making obvious the password rules when creating an account. Creating an account is not necessary, you can continue as guest. Picking up the pizza is easy, I opted to walk in but they also have curbside. The pizza was hot when I picked it up. I think pizzas are kept in a high heat warmer. Although the order and pickup process was very good, I was disappointed with the pizza itself. It just didn't match the expectations set from the advertisements. It really looked like the sauce was an afterthought instead of intentionally being the last topping. Taste-wise, it was good and what I expected.

No pickup at 9:20 PM. It probably closes around 9PM. Hours show they are open till 11 PM which is incorrect. Also took me some time to figure out where it actually is. It's inside Target store near Starbucks.

The worst pizza I have ever had delivered to my home! Barely warm. Slices were tossed around inside the box - almost as though the driver had tossed the box around inside the delivery vehicle. Will never order from Pizza Hut again!

Disappointed to see whom appeared to be the manager and at least one other employee with masks around their necks but not properly worn

With all the competition in the pizza business now and carry out only, you would think that Pizza Hut should be be in the game. Ordered a large ($9.99) on a promotion. I thought ahead of time...just how good could a $9.99 pizza be? First of all...extra cheese is not a topping but an upcharge of $2.25. The crust was not baked and doughy and the cheese not melted. With the Covid 19 the box is sealed so you don't have any idea till you get home. Lousy $14 pizza. Even the kids didn't like it and they are not in the least particular about pizza. I thought Domino's was terrible but they move to 2nd place behind Pizza Hut in dissatisfied pies. I should just stick to local as most private shops have much better pizza pies.

This Pizza Hut doesn't even answer their phone to take orders. They just let the call center handle everything or they force you to order online. There have been multiple times where I have waited on hold for several minutes only to be hung up on and when you get to the restaurant the manager just blaims everything on the call center. The customer service here is terrible and I think the manager hangs up on customers just to avoid having to do her job. I would feel bad for the owners if i thought they actually cared enough to do anything about it but it's unlikely.

This was the first time we ordered from this specific Pizza Hut. The food was great and prices were ok. The woman answering the phone was nice. But the delivery took almost two hours! We live a little far away, but it's only a little less than 10 minutes ( around 8 minutes). We ordered at 6:00 and got the pizza from late 7 to early 8! We will probably continue to order from Pizza Hut, most likely just not this one. Or at least for delivery.
