Things are looking up! This location corrected their past mistakes,i.e. refunded us (my wife and I) for the orders they had previously botched. Our last two orders for delivery have been perfect! I would say we get the best results ordering at non-peak times.

I didn't order bland,overcooked,thin crust pizzas with almost no sauce. It's crazy to me that this came from pizza hut,it's usually really good. Maybe it's just this location,i don't know.

This store is so CLEAN — cleanest takeout Pizza Hut I’ve ever been in. Everything looks organized and ready for operations. My order is always ready, hot, and correct. The staff always greats me when I walk in and they’re quick to grab my order. Even if it wasn’t the closest Pizza Hut to me I’d make a trip out of my way to choose this location.

The Pizza Hut service was terrible took very long for my order to be done the cashier did not include ranch for order especially since i ordered a 36 count wings he just gave me 1 side of ranch that’s it after spending so much on their food couldn’t even throw in at least 3 sides of ranch for 36 count of wings and the food taste and quality was terrible will not be ordering from there again
Worst Pizza Hut ever all my food was overcooked everytime I go to this specific Pizza Hut hazelwwood Ave , I tried to trust them again and got disappointed, was told I cudnt change my order when I had payed for the deal which includes pan pizza first at no cost , she was upset because she gave me burnt bread and said it was gonna look the same which it didn’t , terrible customer service had an whole attitude from start to finish .
