Order the big new Yorker and boy was it sad dry hard barley cheese on the pizza š no cuppie pepperoni barley had pineapple in order for the second topping which they charged me even the there was no cuppie pepperoni barley so I asked can I substitute with pineapple they said extra charge now I did call back and the did give me credit but now that Iāve been calling for over the past half hour no one and I mean no one has answered the phone because the Pizza Hut call center does not deal with at store credit orders over the phone so now I have to get up and drive to the location to order my food when simply they couldāve answered the phone and I see by reviews they have trouble answering thanks for your time other than that customer service is great with the ladies there

The owner here needs to hire more employees or shut it down. Food is always 30 minutes to an hour late for pickup, and even when youāre standing there, they prioritize orders that nobody is there to pickup yet. This isnāt a worker problem, they are doing the best they can with the demand, this is an owner/management problem, or should I say a poor owner/management problem.

Pizza Hut on fifth Avenue is really a good Pizza Hut. I travel to many of them throughout Pittsburgh city and Reli couldnāt find a good a good one that had great service great food and a great atmosphere and I found one here in city Pittsburgh Pizza Hut on fifth Avenue is great The way they work with you as a customer. I really enjoy and I appreciate the kind and friendly fast service. Faith faith is amazing. I really do appreciate her. She has wonderful customer service skills and great management skills as well and Lena. Sheās also awesome too. Iāll continue to be back as long as you exist. Donāt fit five letās go fifth Avenue.
