Faith and the team are phenomenal every time I visit this location. This evening I witnessed first hand what a true customer service experience means. I watched as Faith greeted each person as an individual. How she spoke with kindness and respect. How she remembered the names of repeat customers and how she displayed true compassion to a homeless man who came in. THAT is what we all should model ourselves after. Sometimes you get a great pizza. Sometimes you get an under baked pizza. Once we got a pizza with hardly any sauce. As much as I like Pizza Hut, it’s hard to keep going here and getting something different every time.
