I was so impressed with Sarah's customer service skills and management skills. When I picked up my order, it was incorrect, I orxered chicken sausage and it was grilled chicen. I was frustrated cause tge lication by by job was closed and I drove accross town, the order was wrong and I was on a time cruch for my lunch break. Sarah reviwed the reciept that printed out and in the system, they both said chicken and did not identify either. I assured her I ordered correctly and re-ordered on my ownto show her. She already said she would make me anotber an identified a system error. While waiting 3 people came in to pick up orders, thats when I realized she waa the onky one working, making food, managing the register, online orders and answering questions. She never git frustrated and when oeople came she had the orders ready. She never got frustrated, she waa just managing. She took the time to great everyone and was polite and professional. I left with a smile cause of her committment.

Pizza garbage, not the pizza hut that used to taste good,smh. I got door dash and the driver cant even speak English wow, they hire these drivers that cant speak English and if my order is messed up I can't do anything! I will never eat pizza hut or order doordash

I haven't ordered from Pizza Hut in years. My local Pizza Hut never has cars in the parking lot I didn't even know they were still open. I went online and tried to get an order delivered. They had a special of a large pizza with two toppings I forget the price, that's not the point, anyways, I got extra cheese and pepperoni. It kept adding an EXTRA $2.99 for extra cheese & pepperoni. I figured I'll just order the pepperoni and in the note section I will make a comment saying my two toppings or to be extra cheese and pepperoni They won't let me put on extra cheese without adding a fee. I placed the order. I called and wanted to make sure that I got my TWO toppings as the pizza SPECIAL that I ordered. She said that extra cheese AND pepperoni ARE THREE TOPPINGS! HUH? She said that REGULAR CHEESE IS topping #1 and PEPPERONI is topping #2. SO Does that mean the pizza comes without cheese? So if you get a one topping pizza you actually get nothing on it but cheese cuz that is the one topping? Well isn't the sauce a topping? If you're going to get technical? My bill was $40 and change! NEVER GET 2 TOPPING pizzas from there again. Think about it .. to get extra cheese and pepperoni would actually be a three topping pizza. The employee said Well that's how all the pizza shops work. I don't know what pizza shop she's talking about! OMG.

Update 4 years later.
They no longer have in store seating. This store is to go only. We ordered a Pizza with double pepperoni and mushrooms. The crust was undercooked and they really skipped on the toppings there were very few mushrooms and only 2 pepperoni per slice how is that a double topping?
Went there expecting a good dining experience and was sadly disappointed 😞. There's no waitresses or servers of any kind. The woman at the counter was very unhelpful. Said we have to order there so I asked about the specials and got little to no feedback. I mentioned the advertised specials and she still wasn't very helpful. Ordered a medium pizza and breadsticks. The pizza was mediocre atbest..not at all the pizza hut pizza I remember. The breadsticks were absolutely disgusting..overcooked and greasy. Our teaspoon of marina was cold and when I asked the same lady to heat it she acted as if I was completely inconveniencing her. Very lazy demeanor and attitude. Seemed more interested in holding up the counter. Did I mention you have to pay for parmesan? What?? It's no longer on the table..nor are there napkins either for that matter. Should've walked out when I walked in as we were the only ones there. It's a shame it's going downhill ..very sad!
