I'm giving two stars out of the five, that was because of the guy behind the counter who was very courteous and friendly.I would have given him one star if it wasn't for him.This is a dine-in restaurant.THEY HAVE NO WAITRESSES...THEY HAVE NO SERVERS WHATSOEVER..THEY HAVE APPARENTLY NO BUSBOYS..Everything is completely shut down for the most part.The waitresses Island, the far left side of the store if you're inside facing noblestown road is completely overridden by overstock on beverages and boxes.While we were dining in there we heard multiple conflicts with employees, someone stating that you're fired.Multiple conflicts with a one register.Constant in and outs of foreign people that can't speak a word of English having a phone for translation...The atmosphere was fine up until all the chaos began.Which was basically people coming in and out I guess for GrubHub pickup or doordash whatever they call it nowadays.Whatever happened to someone taking their family into a restaurant sitting down and enjoying a meal.Having somebody wait on you for once and of course depending on the service would depend on the gratuity...NOW TO THE FOODThe cheese sticks were very overpriced For what Little portion was given.However they were not burnt and my kids enjoyed them.The pizza, both pizzas were cooked very dark.I do not like burnt food, my family does not like burnt food.The beverages four bottled pops, cost almost $10 that is just completely absurd..Look I know times are changing and things are expensive but for the $54 we spent there today was definitely not worth the tripI'VE BEEN WAITING TO COME HERE FOR A LONG TIME AND I WAS VERY DISAPPOINTEDI will say this,There was a nice gentleman that was in there sitting down eating pizza when we got there and we sat down after we placed our order.He got up from his meal, and said let me get you some plates and napkins.I said no thank you that's okay we can get it, when are food comes.He took the liberty to get up from his dinner and go do it.Very nice gentleman only to find out that he works there.So I think because of that I'm going to raise it one star.I decided that he deserves all the stars that I give on this review.I wish it would be more but unfortunately with the food and the cost of what we got was very disappointing...

This was the worst 54.00 I spent. Bread sticks burnt order extra sauce didn't get it chix Alfredo was nothing but burnt cheese on noodles 18.00 for eight cut pizza that was gross never ever will I order again

Multiple times I would go there and they would be closed when their website would say open and multiple times have I gotten over cooked dry pizza I normally don’t order delivery but I ordered delivery the other day 3 hours before they closed at 10 and it never showed up I called around 930 to see if they could resolve it and a man answered and then hung up after I finished the complaint without ever saying his name and whenever I tried to call back it would just say the line is busy. This place is hit or miss as the few times I picked it up I got decent food but personally it’s not worth the risk
I didn't eat here but I was going to a job orientation and I had no phone service I was able to use their wi-fi to find out how to get there.... Thank you so much

The food was Lukewarm, but was alright. The bad aspect is if you pay in cash, and get it delivered, they send a doordasher that does NOT have the ability to give change. What concerns me, is that I ordered online from PIZZAHUT, and a DOORDASHER is delivering it? Too many hands in the cookie jar these days. The value of ordering food has really begun to deteriorate over the years.I can't even tell if this is a Pizza Hut issue, or a Door Dash issue. And that in of itself is a big problem.

Love the workers there. But it's am awesome place too go if you have family and friends too hangout with too grab a slice or two and chow down and talk or laugh. Awesome place all around ignore the mean comments on here. This company deserves some love. This company has been around for generations. Come and give it a try guys, If you love pizza they make it how you'd want it too be made, except for a few way that they cannot do. But either way they can accommodate your order too your needs.
