I don't know about now, but when I used to live here, this place was like a small sanctuary in Pittsburgh. Decently clean and organized, with polite staff. Probably came here a little too often but I quite miss it haha.

I had such a hard day. My two children were wound up from being in the house too much. By the time I got to the check out I was mentally exhausted. Aranda was our cashier, she was kind, gentle and took charge of my boys. That little gesture turned my night around. It's so nice to encounter people that go the extra mile while working. I will be changing back to this Target over the waterfront.

DO NOT apply to Target if you are thinking about working there! As an Ex-Target cashier, TRUST ME when i say you will be very very VERY MISERABLE! Especially when working at the TARGET EAST LIBERTY IN PITTSBURGH! THAT'S the Target location I used to work at. Back in 2015. I have had so many negative experiences working there! majority of the customers I've encountered were AWFUL, DISGUSTING, MEAN, NASTY, ENTITLED, PIG-LOOKING M0THERFVCKERRZ................Getting pissed off at me about things i had no fvckking control of: Like when they have to type in the numbers on their foodstamp cards in order for their payment to go through... I had a customer get so pissed off at me because she had to type in the numbers on her foodstamp card(something that i or any other target cashier have absolutely no control over whatsoever) and ends up m0therfvckkking SNATCHING THE RECEIPT from my FVCKKING HAND as I was giving it to her! I hope that UGLY asss, OLD asss, RUDE assss, NASTY assss, BLONDE asss STÍNKKKY assss SMELLY assss BITCHHH is reading this! If you are reading this, I was your cashier 5 years ago way back in 2015! I hope you remember me because I remember you, the glasses you were wearing, and your DIRTY, OILY, FLAT, STRINGY ASSSSS DAMAGED BLONDE HAIR!! NIQQQA! This is a college town target so it is picked over on the weekend. Their drive up and pick up options from ordering online are always ready within the two hour window that they advertise. It's also right next to Trader Joes so I can knock out my weekly two places in one trip. Lots of local team apparel is at this location for a great price!

Target you rock as in ROCK New baby ...go to the app order such things as breast cream baby towels wash clothes diaper bag heck you can order ANYTHING in the store Handy dandy right About 2 hours later you drive up out comes the friendly Target person with all your stuff Loads car off you drive Yup that easy peasy This is my fav Target in all the land If your not doing drive up their parking is inside as in you don't get wet There is everything you could possibly want including their large grocery section And a sit down Starbucks And eye dr And what more can I type I love Target

Normally I don't give reviews for chair stores but this time I have too. I tried on a winter pants (those that you can use for ski) but because I'm too short I asked to to the staff if she thinks that I would be able to sew the hem bu myself (since I have a see machine). She honestly said: I think that's hard so I suggest you to go to the boys and girls clothes then you can find one that fits perfectly for you. "Plus it will be cheaper!" - She added. I found one good winter pant who fits for me and that doesn't look like "girls only" type and indeed it was much cheaper. The guy who works in the cashier was also very friendly and funny. I had such a great time in this Target. Thank you for the good advice!!

This is the only target I go to where nearly every time I go it is completely picked over. They really should not even bother tracking inventory at this point because it's so disorganized. Don't even bother checking to see what's in stock and what isn't online because it must be their inventory from 2016 that's reflected, it says in stock for things they don't even carry in that store anymore.

This location of Target did not have all of the products for which I was looking (e.g., a drink mix and slippers). Nonetheless, I did buy a few items, such as a DVD, mineral supplement, plastic storage container, cat treats, and Drano clog remover. The aisles and cash register lines were full of customers, and the wait was a bit long, probably because students from nearby universities are returning to school.
Bought a shirt at the Homestead location while celebrating my anniversary. Bought multiple items for a weekend away. Got the shirt home and its totally different than what it look like in the store. Couldnt find my receipt, however, tags and everything still on. Tried returning it to the East liberty location 6 days later. I didnt ask for money back just wanted to look for a different shirt, was told without the receipt the shirt would only be credited for a fraction of the cost. FRACTION!!!!!!!! They offered me 8.00 for a shirt that cost 29.99. Please keep your receipts or don't shop here!!!!!

Very large Target that has its own parking structure. Store has CVS and fresh produce additions. I only didn't give it a 5 because several of the shelves were missing and unstocked. Was able to get 95% of my things though anyway. Friendly staff willing to help locate things. Cool little cart escalator too.

This Target was getting a little sketchy, but recently they've cleaned up their act and started to enforce the rules. If I need to run in for 5-hour Energy, it's nice to have a store where the express lanes are actually express and I don't have to spend the first hour in line. That being said, this Target still has the most interesting customers. Do you like the show COPS? There's often a live performance. Just the other day, I saw a woman watch her dog urinate on the logo right outside the door. Even ShurSave doesn't have that.

That one nasty old dude with the 30 earrings in each ear HATES me. He's always yelling at me and harassing me about 10 items or less. So I went directly to Giant Eagle where everything was less expensive and they let me use the self checkout without being shamed and bullied in front of all of Pittsburgh. Thanks Target.

A Target is a Target, to an extent anyway. Since this one is closest to my new workplace, I'm here fairly often to pick up some of the things on my household item shopping list. (Side note: after coming here so often for cough drops and pet supplies in January, I'm surprised no one in the store recognizes me!) This particular Target has done a good job with the space available to it. The store is built on top of a large parking lot, which always has space open somewhere. And since it's covered, it's not a big deal if you don't get a spot right by the doors. Once parked and inside, there are elevators and cart racks to accommodate shoppers headed in (i.e. up) and out (i.e. down). The entrance lobby is nice and big, too, which is very appreciated given the amount of foot and cart traffic it has to handle! On your way in (or out) you can also stop at a Starbucks and/or Pizza Hut should you feel the need to. Plus, near the entrance/exit are the bathrooms, which are pretty well maintained, especially considering how darn busy this place is. Once you walk past all of that and get inside, it's pretty standard Target territory. It's clean, it's bright, it's convenient...and it's tempting to buy anything and everything just because it's colorful/cute/useful looking. I'm definitely a fan - although I can't say my poor wallet shares the same opinion!
