Ordered cheesy bite pizza yesterday! Horrible!!! Pizza was so over cooked the cheese was hard. Cheesey bites had no cheese in them! And had to yell for someone in the back to come help ring me out in the front after 10 minutes of standing there unacknowledged.

Foods always amazing! Always hot and fresh however it took an extra 13 minutes when I picked it up because there seemed to be 1 person working taking orders over the phone and working the counter. I also ordered a pizza around 845 and they close at 10 the delivery driver called at 930 and said he couldn't find the place and got frustrated and asked me of I could pick the order up in person because it was late and there were other deliveries at the store that needed to delivered.

My Pan Pizza was absolutely Delicious ! Only 4 stars because I was on hold on the telephone and no one ever answered my call. I had to drive to the store, order my pizza and wait for it
Cookie cutter cardboard where they treat cheese as though it's made of truffles. Extra Cheese doesn't count, specials excludes cheese, extra cheese is additional cost .. you will really get the picture when you order 2 identical pizzas, get 1 large plain and 1 large extra cheese for $2.50 more. Wait for them to cool, take a bite from a few slices of both pies. Lay them side by side and have someone else identify which have extra cheese. There is no difference, you pay extra for the truffle powder cheese and all they do is throw an extra handful over an entire large.

Had great customer service and the food was pretty good. They unfortunately, messed up my order, but was very apologetic and gave me no issues fixing it. I'll for sure give it another try based off of the cleanliness of the store and the professionalism of the management team

Food got delivered well past the 1.5 hour mark when I was quoted 35-40 minutes. To my surprise I was emailed a coupon for a free pizza for the trouble. Funny thing is; I have to spend another $13 (plus $3 delivery fee) to redeem it. Trash attempt by a trash franchise. Buy local
