I spent ten minutes on hold, when attempting to order over the phone. Nobody ever picked up. So I went directly to the location, to order in person. The cashier had little to no training, and was clueless as to how to ring my order. Then after 5 minutes of deer in the headlights stare from the cashier, when the manager was brought over to ring, I was told that my order for a $7.99 three topping promo was $2 extra-because I ordered extra cheese as a topping. Apparently extra cheese "is not considered a topping". No where in the broadcast or online promo ads does it state this. Neither was I made aware of this while initially trying to place my order-until after it was totalled. Had I been made aware prior to this point, I would have ordered a different topping. But by this point I was too exhausted to pursue a pizza any further. It was simply easier to go home and cook something. And to be frank, their pizza is OK, but isn't worth the headaches involved in any effort to place an order.

Ordered cheesy bite pizza yesterday! Horrible!!! Pizza was so over cooked the cheese was hard. Cheesey bites had no cheese in them! And had to yell for someone in the back to come help ring me out in the front after 10 minutes of standing there unacknowledged.

Foods always amazing! Always hot and fresh however it took an extra 13 minutes when I picked it up because there seemed to be 1 person working taking orders over the phone and working the counter. I also ordered a pizza around 845 and they close at 10 the delivery driver called at 930 and said he couldn't find the place and got frustrated and asked me of I could pick the order up in person because it was late and there were other deliveries at the store that needed to delivered.

We have never been treated worse by someone who has a job in customer service! Let me start by saying I have worked in the customer service/food industry most my life and it takes alot to have me complain let alone write my first Yelp review! We placed an order online tonight (Saturday) with the understanding that its the weekend and probably busy so we may be waiting, no big deal, I'll wait. After we placed the order my husband called and talked to the driver confirming the order and our address which can be confusing and letting them know the phone number changed. He was polite enough and we could tell it was busy, again no big deal. The website said it would be 25-30 mins. We waited an hour and a half before deciding to call back to no avail. They let the phone ring and ring which sends it to the call center who then put you on hold and ultimately hang up. This happened multiple times. Almost 2 hours later we get ahold of a girl named Tina who said that after trying to find the address with no success they cancelled not only our order but multiple other orders and didn't have a number to call us back on. So we let her know we called and had a man confirm the address and current phone number. She was raising her voice screaming and asked if we wanted to talk to the driver. She kept raising her voice talking over my husband on the phone and being the worst kind of customer service associate we have ever dealt with. I could hear her scream on the phone and I was in a different room. After arguing for a few minutes we figured there was no more of a reason to speak to Tina and hung up the phone. So two hours after an order and a phone call we sit here with no pizza and a disbelief that you can openly scream at your customers after cancelling the order completely without notifying the customer. Never again will I call this pizza hut and looking back at other reviews they could have used the business. I will be calling management/corporate.

Wish i could give zero stars! They dont deserve any! By far the worst experience ever! I downloaded yelp JUST TO LEAVE THIS REVIEW SO OTHERS DONT EXPERIENCE THIS. First they never even showed up the first time we ordered, when we called the next day we were put on hold twice and then hung up on! Then they gave us a coupon for a free pizza that we couldnt even get to work because we had to enter codes. Finally after many attempts we placed the order it took them an hour and 45 minutes to get here, we live a mile away. We called many times and was just put on hold. The pizza was cold and dry. Will never order from there again. Terrible!

My Pan Pizza was absolutely Delicious ! Only 4 stars because I was on hold on the telephone and no one ever answered my call. I had to drive to the store, order my pizza and wait for it

I've gone here every few months or so and it was just great- really friendly staff, nice managers at the cash registers, pleasant too, no matter how busy. The last visit, though, was downright scary, with a manager yelling at everyone, customers, including a couple who wanted their money back, and yelling at the poor staff. The pizza was good, but wow, the experience was really awful. I won't go back for a loooong time until hopefully the nice people will return. Generally great, but not right now.
