I ordered my food i got my cold pizza more than an hour later the person i ordered from Said I will get a refund if my food is cold my food was cold and j let them know and they said they had to come get the food back for me to get a refund. They wasted my time and my money I will never spend money at that place ever again .

Horrible service took forever to get everything. Then I gave waitress cash to take off bill plus a credit card and she ran my card for the total and kept the cash for the tip. Like I’m not tipping you almost the total of the bill when service sucked.

This is the absolute best pizzeria I've ever been to! The staff is amazing! I wish i could bold that. The food was phenomenal! Delicious, perfectly cooked, seasoned, and fresh. The portions are larger than I expected. The salad and pizza was the best I've ever had! My kids loved their pastas. I loved the vibe of the interior, and Milano's as a whole. I wish we lived nearby so I this could be my new regular spot!Kid-friendliness: Milano's was so patient, friendly, and kind.

My review is a summary of the place. My employer routinely orders pizza from here, which I believe is a very good product. But I recently ordered a steak hoagie which was the worst I ever had. I expected it to be something close to a philly cheese steak, but instead I had some kind of mystery meat, with raw fresh mushrooms and no cheese. I really don't know what they are going for, but please reconsider before you order this sandwich.

I ordered delivery, pepperoni pizza, cheezybread and a raspberry tea, everything was amazing. Delivery came early too which was nice, I highly recommend them
Best place before any event at the arena. Easy quick in and out. 2 bars just in case you need a drink beforehand.

My second time eating at this place. I recommend this establishment or restaurant if your going to a Penguin's game ?or concert at the PPG Paints Arena you should stop in. The food is excellent. Great Pizza & Bread sticks ?
