FANTASTIC! My partner and I hadn't been to this location in years. We couldn't agree on what to have for dinner so we decided to try Milano again. I'm so glad we did.
I got the Ranchero Steak with fries on the side. That's what I always used to order and it was always acceptable. This time, however, it was delicious! Perfectly seasoned with just the right amount of sauce and the perfect amount of cheese. Toasted crispy without being hard (it used to be charred). The food has truly been given an upgrade and is reason enough to return!
That said, the service has improved ten fold. The group of people working on Friday (9/26/25) was kind, inclusive and welcoming. They really cared about the food and the customers!
I'd return again and again. But, probably only on Friday because I want the same amazing group that made the end of my day so delightful!

I had the eggplant hoagie. It was delicious. Very nicely made with a layer of eggplant, mushrooms and red onion and 2 kinds of cheese.It looked like a masterpiece.
The gal that took my order obviously hates her job. No greeting, no smile, lots of attitude. Why is she the face of the restaurant? No matter, I will definitely go back and try more things. It was so good.

Quality of their food has gone down. I just got a buffalo chicken sandwich with no buffalo sauce, so I called and asked about it, and the girl said that ithe sauce was on the bread. Who puts buffalo sauce on bread ?? Now it's seeped into the bread and i have a dry chicken sandwich that I can't eat. She never even offered to make anything, right. What's wrong with people today? Last time they burnt my pizza.. I won't be going back there anymore..

We went to the store to get a pizza and were told that the dining area was closed, so we were asked to wait 10â15 minutes for our order. We waited on the side, but even after the pizza was ready, the lady at the counter didnât let us know it was just left on the counter. On top of that, the pizza didnât taste good. Very disappointing experienceâwonât be going back.

We loved the Alfredo recipe that had all the seasonings on it they were doing for a while a few months ago. They switched back but it's still so good đ€€

This is my idea of Pittsburgh pizza. I grew up further north and everything was a chain. There may be pizza Milano chains but this is even a step over vocellis in my opinion. The pepperoni and cheese pizza is coated ever so nicely and a true chewy cheesy delight.
