Pizza Palermo (Penn Hills)

This is one of my favourite pizzas. The breadsticks are really good too. The staff are very nice! I will continue to go back and recommend this place to anyone. Very clean place.

Never had any problems here.

A lot of whiners out there just like to complain. Boo hoo for them. Try owning a pizza shop before you complain next time. It’s not easy work!

Best thing I like about this place is the food always looks good. Lots of places look like junk in a box.

They dropped cooked food onto the ground, put it in a box and handed it to me. Needs to be shut down immediately

I have been a customer for years, easily a decade or more. That loyalty meant nothing today.

While waiting at the register for my online order, I watched multiple breadsticks fall off a tray coming out of the oven and land directly on the floor. A woman working there picked them up off the floor, put them into a box with other breadsticks, covered them in butter and seasoning, and handed that box to me with my pizzas.

When I refused to take the breadsticks and called it out, the man at the register argued with me and claimed they did not fall and that they were thrown away. That is a flat out lie. I watched the entire incident happen and watched exactly where those breadsticks went.

If they are willing to serve food off the floor and then lie to a customer about it, you should seriously question what else is happening behind the counter when no one is watching.

We threw the food away and ordered from somewhere else. There is no coming back from this.

Do not order from this place. This is a major food safety violation and Pizza Palermo needs immediate attention from a health inspector. I will never return and I strongly suggest others do the same.

I really did like pizza palermo , lately everything about their food has been a scam. I ordered 2 steak salads & the steak was crumbs. no cheese very little of the rest of the ingredients. And it cost nearly 50.00. never again, they're rup offs

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE! My boyfriend and I ordered food last night from here and we ordered a lot of food. When we got our food the cheesecake smelled like spoiled milk as soon as we opened the containers so we had to throw them out. I also got chicken Alfredo and it didn’t taste right. Your money is value where you spend it so please don’t order from here unless you want spoiled milk food.

Absolutely loved this place! The pizza was fresh, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. The service was outstanding, especially the blonde girl who helped us. She was so kind, attentive, and had such a great attitude. It really made our experience special. We’ll definitely be back!
