The manager, Chris, was very kind and friendly. I ordered a veggie sub and cheese fries.
Vegetarian options: Vegetarian options are good enough for me. My suggestion would be to add Impossible Meat, Beyond Meat, or any plant-based options for their subs and/or sandwiches.
