The service was pretty disappointing and rude. Our server was very rude and snatched the bill out of my hand.

Many empty tables, yet we were placed near the staff area for no reason. It felt discriminatory.

We were visiting our daughter for parents weekend. Loved this restaurant. The food waa delicious, service was excellent. It was a wonderful evening!

Food and service was outstanding. Portions are generous and food is authentic. I cook Italian and am rarely impressed with Italian restaurants but these guys are good Tiramisu's cream is good but it could use a little more espresso:) but it's still really good.

Great place with great food and service. Sat outside because it was so nice. That's where it was bad. People screaming running around asking us for money and how much does the pizza cost. Putting there stuff on the hedges beside us. Not the restaurants fault but something has to be done ruined a great night out.

Pizzaiolo Primo food and location was great for a post Steeler game or Pre-theater dinner. The food was wonderful and service fantastic.

We sat at the upstairs bar and found two open seats. It was a steady Saturday night so the bar was half full. Once seated we were not greeted whatsoever. We were just handed menus and two glasses of water and the bartender didn’t say a “hello” or “welcome” . We had to wave him down to place drinks afterwards and to place our dinner order. By then the bar was empty beside us and another couple. The food was ehh. Service was nonexistent and unwelcoming.

Our server was great! The gnocchi & margherita pizza were very good! The caprese...not so much. The mozzarella was really hard and the slices were really thick. I've never had a hard mozzarella. Cute place & great location!

I enjoyed dinner so much that next time I'm in the city, even though there are so many places to go, I'll definitely come back here!

Overated , nice atmosphere but very loud . The staff was nice but there were only 2 servers for a large amt of people on 2nd floor . Food was fair . Dessert .. cannoli tasted old . And the drinking water was warm (no ice). Over all Alittle disappointing .

Our service was not okay at all. Our whole table works in the food service industry & we understand almost everything. We waited half an hour+ for or apps. And then 45+ mins for our food. She brought out our salads before our apps as well. To add onto that, she never checked on us. We had to ask for our food togo from a separate server. She was tall with brown hair, highly don’t recommend her.
