We dined May 5, 2022. My destination dining experience was at Plated --conveniently near several South Hills malls. This is a fairly new place with ample parking and about 12 tables. The chefs offer local farm-raised meat (when available) and wild caught trout (from the Snake River), mussels and shrimp (flown in from the USA south coast), foraged mushrooms. Absolutely one of our best finds since moving here from Chicagoland. Ordered pretty much one of everything because we couldn’t decide and each dish was flavorful, seasoned and delicious. We look forward to our next visit!
This was the absolute greatest roast I've had in my entire life, BAR NONE. Service was excellent. Food was even better. We will definitely be back, this time with a bottle of wine. (It's BYOB)
