The food was really good. Lower score given due to wait time. Placed an order online, and was given a time to arrive to pick up. Order was not even started upon arrival, which was already roughly a half hour wait, proceeded to wait roughly 20 more minutes before everything was ready. Disappointing that their online services seemed so disconnected from the store itself, especially since the order was placed through the Popeyes website itself.

Takes FOREVER to get your food. Staff is unhelpful and apathetic. Sat waiting for to go order for 20 minutes while drive through kept ticking by. Unprofessional. Infuriating.

Do not order for delivery. They tell you it is DoorDash responsibility for refund and when you call DoorDash Popeyes processed the payment so they can’t refund. When I got my food the strips were hard, beans and rice was ice cold. Totally disappointed.

I had dinner at Popeyes last night and it was such a great experience! The chicken and sandwiches were absolutely delicious—fresh, flavorful, and definitely the best I’ve had. The staff made the visit even better; they were so kind, professional, and greeted everyone with a smile. Highly recommend stopping by if you’re craving tasty food and great service!

I had a great experience here! I ordered the classic sandwich combo with fries, and it was fresh, delicious, and a great value at just $10.65 which was enough for a person. I definitely recommend trying it. I also had the pleasure of meeting Ali, who was very kind, professional, and welcoming with a big smile. Excellent food and excellent service!

Went for the Hot ones, got regular chicken. Asked for the hot sauce you are supposed to get with the chicken, the guys tells me the chicken is already flavored with it…. At least they have decent chicken so it wasn’t a complete loss. Still would like to try the Hot Ones.

How do you rate a place when you didn't even get to eat it? I pulled up to the drive thru to place my order. The voice greeted me & asked if I knew what I wanted...then it happened. The voice stated that they were out of all the chicken options except strips. Although their specialty is chicken, that's what they serve, they were out. So sadly, I cannot give a review on the food. I didn't get to pick the delicious chicken grease and sauce off my fingers. I drove away with nothing except an empty stomach.
