How do you rate a place when you didn't even get to eat it? I pulled up to the drive thru to place my order. The voice greeted me & asked if I knew what I wanted...then it happened. The voice stated that they were out of all the chicken options except strips. Although their specialty is chicken, that's what they serve, they were out. So sadly, I cannot give a review on the food. I didn't get to pick the delicious chicken grease and sauce off my fingers. I drove away with nothing except an empty stomach.

Worst meal I’ve had in years. Chicken tasted like it was fried in stale oil. Breading was not seasoned. Mac n cheese was soupy. Big waste of $$$.

I ordered spicy chicken strips about 4 times and never got them until today. I didnt know what the spicy ones actually were. I guess nobody cares anymore about doing their jobs. I can not fault them for it either.

I was extremely disappointed with my recent visit to this Popeyes, which was a complete waste of money. The service was poor; the employee who took our order was rude and treated us with contempt.

The food was even worse. We spent over $60 for lunch for two adults and three kids, but the meal was inedible. The fries were cold, soggy, and old. The macaroni and cheese was days old and completely dried out—it seemed like it had just been microwaved, leaving all the moisture on the lid. Additionally, our soda was flat, the chicken was dry, and the sandwich buns were soggy, as if they had been sitting for a long time.

We left hungry and upset. Given the unacceptable quality of both the food and the service, I'm shocked this location is still in business. We will not be returning.

Ordered at the counter. Sat for over 25 minutes before any food came over the counter and it was the order behind us.
Apparently they lost the order.

Triple check your order and receipt. The training here is clearly abysmal.

Had to put in 3 separate orders before we finally got everything we asked for the first time because they weren't understanding our order. I would repeat it back. They would say that's what they rang up... Then It wasn't. Only reason for 2 stars is because food is decent and the facility was clean.

Service is diabolical.

Definitely will not be back.

1st time visit and The hype is real!! Their chicken blows KFC Away!! The staff was friendly and knowledgeable about their products. Recommend the mash potatoes and gravy. Just delicious! Will go out of my way to eat here. prices are a somewhat high but worth it

I dont know about the inside since we only used the pickup windows. Attendant seemed a bit agitated like he was having a bad day,he siad it would be 10 minutes before food was done, apparently he forgot to tell us when it would be done,we had to guess and go in and get it.

Don’t get the Garlic parm chicken cause it’s nasty! 🤢 and I don’t know what kind of grease their using anymore but it doesn’t taste like the Popeyes I once knew! Won’t be spending my money at ANY POPEYES anymore! They all suck!

I ask for hot food and received cold. The manager on the window was rude when circled back around for my water he forgot to give me. He said I shouldn't have pulled off without, but he didn't have it made up either. He said this is considered jippying...how when I waited my turn in the drive thru line. I said you gave me cold food and he said bye. Rude! They set up these businesses and think they can talk to people any kind of way. Not returning again.

I love Popeyes Chicken! Hands down so much better than KFC. But this place in particular is very quick with the service. This is my go-to when I want chicken!
