I've been to many Popeye's around the United States. The chicken is always crispy but dry on the outside, but juicy on the inside. Unfortunately, the skin on the chicken at this restaurant is greasy and soggy. Not representative of Popeye's restaurants.

First time I ever ate there and the chicken sandwich was great and the shrimp and fries was great didn't really like the biscuit. But everything else was so good.
I won’t be back here, the worker that took our order was nice , but we were the 1st people to step foot in there that day and the garbage can was overflowing with trash which let me know it sat over from the day before, the walls are filthy the bathroom was disgusting and I’m DISGUSTING, the food was terrible ,I definitely don’t recommend going to this one

This was our first time eating here and the guy waiting on us was awesome. He was nice, friendly, and we got our food quickly. The food was delicious. The strawberry biscuits were so good, we ordered more to take home. We will be back the next time we are in the area.Wheelchair accessibility: Their handicap accessibility was better than most places. The ramp outside was right in front of the door and they had multiple handicap tables to choose from.

I had placed an order to pick up at 4 but was in an accident on my way to Popeye's. I called to let them know and the lady that answered showed great concern for myself and the other driver. She told me just come when I can and they will get my order ready again. Great customer service! Also, the workers were joking with each other and making it a pleasant environment.

Edit: I spoke to the (new...first day...yikes!) Manager. He was very sympathetic and wanted to make it right. I am going to continue to be a customer - I just hope that this issue is fixed moving forward. ☺️ I have updated from a 1 star to a 4 star for now. ?"Large #1 combo, spicy" this is my exact order every time. No matter how I phrase it, the man who takes the orders cannot seem to grasp that YES I want a combo and not just the sandwich. YES I want it to be LARGE. One sentence sums up my entire order, but even when I break it down I have to rephrase it SEVERAL TIMES before it's right. Lately I've just given up and have taken the incorrect order. Tonight I ordered a large combo. Everything was small/regular. I give up. He should NOT be taking orders. Especially with his air pods in if he can't focus.
