Card reader didn’t work. So the cashier took my phone into the back to pay with Apple Pay. Food took forever but they gave extra nuggets. Doesn’t matter tho cuz the Food didn’t taste good and was only given one sauce for my whole meal. Soda machine sounded like it was on its last leg. But only for Diet Coke???? Service was abysmal at best. Traumatized and will not be returning.

Food is always good when they have the supplies. The line is always long. The chicken is seasoned with more than salt and pepper. With the red beans and rice, they tend to put more rice than beans

Normally we love this place. But at our last visit we were given dry and clearly older, not fresh at all, children strips. Very disappointed as we travel a good ways to get to this restaurant.

My son and I got so sick to the point our stomachs still hurt from 3 days ago never again will I eat here and no I don't want free food my order was expensive we will just leave it like that throwing up was not on my order thank.

Food was cold. Service sucked as we could not understand the attendant. Had to ask for everything like napkins, condiments. Room was very cold! Very expensive for what we got. Could have had a sit-down and order place that was more pleasant and much better food.

Worst fast food in general I've had in years. The breading on the chicken sandwich was very goopy and soft. The chicken sandwich had 1 pickle slice. I asked for extra gravy on the side for the mashed potatoes and when I got home realized I didn't get it. Called the store and they said "we put it on potatoes" even though there was a normal or less than normal amount. I also asked for ranch and bbq for the chicken tenders and didn't get that either. Doesn't matter because I couldn't eat the tenders anyway because they were SO DRY and cold (i only live 8 min away).
I’m so fed up with this location anymore. I went in on my 30 min break and ordered a blackened chicken sandwich, a large Mac n cheese with a small order of gravy, and a large drink. When my order was ready I immediately saw that the Mac and cheese was a small and that there was no gravy they remedied that by replacing the Mac but they had to charge me for the gravy because the lady didn’t even put it in the order. After that happens I drive back to work and I find out my sandwich isn’t even made right, how hard is it to make a blackened chicken sandwich with only pickles! Never again I’d rather go to kfc any more

Do not order delivery from them. The food is never complete. there’s no way to contact the store when you contact the 800 number they tell you to put in a dispute through the online app or website. This is the third time we’ve ordered from them and multiple items have been missing from the order.
