Snagged a lucky seat at the bar after a flower delivery to a neighboring restaurant and was so excited to order the lobster spaghetti I have been missing for years while Poulet Bleu was closed. It did not disappoint! The pasta and lobster were perfectly cooked and the sauce was perfectly balanced and so pleasantly aromatic. Bar service was excellent too! 10/10 recommend!

Poulet Bleu was outstanding from start to finish. The hanger steak was perfectly cooked, the roasted chicken was incredibly flavorful, and the carrots with crème fraîche were a surprising standout. The roasted cauliflower was beautifully prepared, and the meal was topped off with an amazing soufflé that was the perfect finish. An exceptional dinner and absolutely worth a visit.

Such an incredible and memorable experience. Truly one of the best dining experiences I've had in a long time. Food was phenomenal and staff goes above and beyond. We had the steak frites, gnocchi, bistro salad, baguette, and chocolate souffle. Every item was unique and so delicious, I'll be thinking about this one until I get to come back!!
