I absolutely love the place! The soufflé is to die for and they do such a great job with the food, decor and atmosphere.

I get to Pittsburgh 2-3x per year for work & personal travel and Poulet Bleu is my absolute favorite restaurant by a wide margin...longing for them to reopen soon,

Highly, highly recommend. Please don't change the decor too much, as it was perfect the way it was. Can go toe to toe with the best French bistros in NYC like Frenchette, Minetta Tavern, Pastis, & Le Gratin.

Great food and excellent service. We sat at the bar for dinner. We shared a bottle of Cabernet Franc and three dishes: the duck confit, French onion soupe, and trout amandine. Each dish was an iconic iteration of itself. Poulet Bleu nailed it. The restaurant itself is charming. Great spot for a meal and a drink.
