Waited 50 minutes for our chicken that never came then had to leave to catch a flight. We got 1 sandwich that came within a normal amount of time. We let them know we had to leave soon, 20 minutes later, still no chicken. Completely understaffed and the 1 waitress who was there couldn’t remember who she cashed out and who was still waiting. Chaos. We left hungry.

Primanti Bros. Restaurant and Bar is a Pittsburgh eatery known for its hefty sandwiches and large portions at a good price. While the service can be slow to greet customers, the staff is friendly and works hard to create a pleasant experience. The cook and bartender have received praise for their efficiency and cheerfulness. The food is generally well-received, with the Reuben noted as hot and tasty, and the steak fries with nacho cheese, onions, and peppers earning compliments as well. However, some customers have mentioned that the bread on the sandwiches has changed and can be dry. Despite a few organizational issues, Primanti Bros. offers a unique dining experience that is worth trying, especially when visiting the area. The restaurant is clean and organized, making it a must-visit location in the strip.
