Food was good and for the price large portions. Staff was a little slow to greet us but that didn't bother us. When they did greet us they were great! Good bang for your buck! Street paid parking.

Terrible experience, waited very long for my food & my friends had to reorder their food because the servers didn’t get it the first time.

Absolutely terrible they lied to use cuz we were a party of 10 and said we're closed on the phone but then we still pulled up cuz of what it said online and sure enough they were open and they really just lied other than that food was delicious but service was also extremely BAD!!!

Stopped into buy to-go beer at 7:30pm on a Tuesday night. Asked to be sold 2 - 2x IPAS pounders and manager said that they couldn’t sell me that because of how many ounces it was (39oz) but was happy to sell me a 6 - pack of Miller Lite (72oz). Make it make sense.

I ate in the south side the other day. The staff was great. The bread on the sandwich has changed. It was dry and almost Un edible.. The bread is ruining the sandwich.

I'm not sure why this place is popular. Our sandwiches were completely dry and had little flavor.

when they say they’re open till 10 or one or whatever time they say they’re open till it really means they’re only open till maybe 30 minutes before that

I ordered cheese fries to go in the restaurant and my total came to $5.34. I did not leave a tip since it was to go. The server was Hadassah based on my receipt. I noticed on my bank statement that I was charged $7.34 which means although I left a $0 tip someone in this restaurant decided to give themselves a $2 tip. This is called fraud and stealing from a customer. This is totally unacceptable. I want other customers to be aware of the Primanti Brothers on Carson Street but also need corporate to be aware of the scams going on in your restaurant with your employees. I reached out to Primanti on Carson Street when they opened and spoke to Chelsea the 'Manager' I explained to her what happened and she said give me about 30 minutes to get through the lunch rush and I'll look into and call you back. Chelsea called me back and let me know that was a mistake on their part and she could credit me the $2.00 back. She then proceeded to tell me that she needed my bank card number over the phone. I told her I will not be giving her my bank card number over the phone she said well you can come in so I can fix it. I informed her I will not be coming in to make a special trip for their mistake. She said well I cant fix it for you if you dont do either of the two options. As a manager I cant believe she thought it was okay to ask me for my bank card number over the phone when clearly her employees like taking extra money from customers. She also felt like it was okay to inconvenience me to ask me to come in as if I have time to pay for their mistakes or scams. I told her that is fine I'll call corporate. She said okay and ended the call. Consumers check you bank statement if you have been to Primanti's on the Southside.
