Primanti Bros. Restaurant and Bar

We stop at this location a few times a year and take food back to Buffalo NY with us. The ladies at the bar and front counter are normally the same ones. Always very friendly ladies. Food is top notch and large portions!

I’m a Primanti’s fan. I always enjoy the food either eating in or taking out. The other day my boyfriend and I visited to place a takeout out order. There was a lady ahead of us who was completing her order and had an issue with the way the worker prepared the food. Another worker came to her coworkers defense. The customer became rude and loud about how long she had to wait. She refused to pay and continued arguing with the workers until she left in a huff. I told the worker how impressed I was with the way they handled the rude customer. Our food was made in a timely manner and was very good.

Kitchen was very slow unfortunately. Prices are cheap as always, food was pretty good too. This location is a bit boisterous, more so than Oakland or downtown PGH. Decent enough atmosphere for a few drinks and their happy hour specials are well worth it.

Kinda weird vibes but comforting late at night. It's always going to be the same. If you want a big sandwich you'll get a big sandwich. Not much more to say.

For some reason they raised the price of a jack and coke from $5.50 to $7.00. This is now the most expensive normal place to drink on the S side.

Gotta be the worst location in the franchise. We brought people that were visiting for the first time and kept apologizing for the awful service. The atmosphere sucked because of it. We tried to order an appetizer, they were all out of the main component. We asked for lemon for our waters, the server said she only had two pieces of lemon left… so we didn’t get them? The guy in the kitchen was nice and checked on us a few times but everyone else working there was miserable, rushing despite being almost empty, and had no good customer service tendencies to speak of. Our server stood at the table hovering for the check while our fingers were covered in wing sauce lol Embarrassing. Stick with the Strip or Market square.

Robin’s the best ! We tried the fish sandwich and liked it !!

Was sitting at the bar for 10 minutes. She never once said welcome be right with you. No one greeted us or asked if we needed anything.. Horrible service. We ended up walking out. Disappointed!! The only reason I’m giving them a star is because I know the food at Primantis is always good.

11pm Bachelorette party. The sandwiches are insanely good. Our bartender was so funny and so quick. I love the ducks and I'm going home with an appropriate amount of ducks *wink wink*. Next time I visit I will ABSOLUTELY be back. For more ducks but also some great in-between food to keep us going on our adventure.

Always great almost on everything, They should sell primanti shirts in the bar and not online. Many different out of town people come in just to get a souvenir primantys T-shirts

Food was good and for the price large portions. Staff was a little slow to greet us but that didn't bother us. When they did greet us they were great! Good bang for your buck! Street paid parking.

Terrible experience, waited very long for my food & my friends had to reorder their food because the servers didn’t get it the first time.
