Absolutely SHOCKED at how TERRIBLE the food was. Soggy, cold, burnt fries. Tiny little fried pickles in burnt breading that cost $2 a piece. Burnt breaded tiny chicken nuggets in a disgusting Korean barbecue sauce- Absolutely gross and ridiculously tiny. Nothing was even close to a good value or even prepared properly. The sandwiches are usually good but the sides and apps are foul. I suggest you find someplace else.

Huge shoutout to Mikey! You are top notch and demonstrated what one should expect from exemplary customer service! Mikey was our waiter, chef and checked us out. We were visiting from out of town and wanted to stop by to check out this “almost famous” Pittsburgh eatery and so glad we did! Didn’t love the fries at all but my chicken Cajun sandwich was pretty tasty. Also felt super odd when our party 6 walked in….no one greeted us or gave instructions (we figured it out)….another party so us the same thing happened to them.

It was on bucket list of food places for long time. Finally made it to Pittsburg past weekend and it did not disappoint. The 40 min wait outside in the 35-40 degree weather was not my favorite... We tried the classic, pigs fly(I think), and the burger. All were awesome. Service was just as good from moment door guy started cracking jokes with my kids to the time we left it was top notch. Hopefully we make it back again someday...

Great atmosphere. Great place to grab some food before a game or concert. Was nice to watch all the orders get made while sitting at the bar. Good bar selection. Staff were friendly. The food did not disappoint.

If I could give this place a 0 star I would. The bartender didn't wanna work she sat on her phone the WHOLE time. We both had drinks waiting and she just walked right past us. She was nice but she didn't know how to make a Cherry Long Island..and the picture below was the "burger" my boyfriend received after they told us they didn't even serve but TWO burgers off the original menu.

Wings are not good :( Expensive, dry, & cheap meat, very disappointing, would not recommend or dine again

South Side location always shorts my order. This time, no cheese fries. I wanted tomato, fries and coleslaw on the side. That was not delivered .They never answer their phone to even get them to try to make it right.

This place fell off HARD. Food is always good. But I was one of 3 people sitting at the bar, and it was as if we were invisible. I'm not asking for a co versatile, but there about 3 braincell between the TWO bartenders working there. Sad, but I'd only get food here.Update: I was pleasantly surprised that a quality control rep from primantis got in contact with me to let me assure me this was not up to their standards and that they wanted to make it right. The rep Ray, asked for my primanti club ID and stated they'd like a chance to earn business back again. He asked cor my primantis member number and I assumed he they would add some points toward primanti items, but never heard anything back from him. I'm not sure what the point was to contact and ask for that info. Sad. I won't be going back.
