A sandwich I don't mind spending $10 for. Huge, great flavor, filling. Service was great and gave some background to my non-Burgh hubby.

I was in town for the Seahawks Steelers game, and we ate here the night before for dinner.
I ordered their reuben combo sandwich. It came out fast and perfect! The sandwich was huge and delicious! It is definitelyin the top 5 for best sandwiches I've ever had! The fact that it was $12.95 is mine boggling to me!
If they opened one in LA, they could double their prices and they'd still have a line around the block!
I mean... look at those pictures! Under $20 with a beer. Crazy!

Our first experience at a Primanti Bros restaurant. Visited my daughter in Pittsburgh. We're from Alabama. Never had a sandwich like that! A real filler-upper! Sat in the porch section. Loved it!

This place completely took us by surprise. We met a guy from Pittsburgh that recommended us trying Primanti and we got there close to closing but they made our sandwiches to go with the best attitude ever, even tho it was almost closing time. I had The Capone and I had never had a sandwich THIS good, it was gigantic and so flavorful, would highly recommend.

Rustic, but very good food. Generous portions! Be aware it's a local thing to put fries IN the sandwich... you can ask for them on the side.

Some rumors are true. other rumors are myth, at best. One rumor that is true is that primanti’s is a must visit place in pittsburgh. One that is myth is that the strip district, or any other location for that matter, is the best. I have spent my whole life here. The must visit primanti’s in Pittsburgh is the Market Square location. If you haven’t been yet, hold your reviews until you have. And get the steak, not the pittsburgher.

We had a pastrami and kielbasa sandwich. Both were very good, meat was flavorful. Put a little hot sauce(provided) on the kielbasa. Good service. Construction going on right outside there door when we were there. There was one at PNC park.
