Waited an hour for a pizza to go and it was cold
SMH …. Won’t go back again
My family and I normally love Primanti but the past couple of times we were unsatisfied. Tonight was the worse. First, we waited an hour after being seated to put in our food order. The waitress did tell us pizza was taking an hour which we were okay with, but we did ask her to ring our sandwiches and salads in first. I have been patronizing Primanti’s in Pleasant Hills since it opened. The past 3 months the wait time is awful! There were 30 empty tables including outside, yes we counted, it took 60 minutes for our food to arrive. Our waitress was nice, the food when it finally came was good . It was not that they were understaffed they had 5 people that we could see in the kitchen. I spoke with the manager and she gave me three different reasons why this is happening.
