Food and service was great!! Will be back.
The experience was rather disappointing. The bacon in the sandwich appeared to be undercooked, and the chicken tenders seemed to be pre-frozen rather than freshly prepared. The Italian sandwich lacked the expected generous filling and had an unusual flavor. Additionally, the fries were soft and lacked crispness. The establishment was quite congested, offering limited space. The cost of the food did not seem to align with its quality. I do not plan to return here, and I would not recommend it, particularly to those visiting from out of state.

The sandwiches here are absolutely amazing! I don’t live here but I’d consider flying in to have one. I ate what the waitress recommended and she was right. I loved it! We will definitely be back.

When in Pittsburgh, everyone should try (at least once) a Primanti Bros sandwich. I have found that you either love this style of sandwich or you don't. As you can tell from my rating, I am a fan!
So a quick run down if you are not familiar with their sandwiches. Whenever you select one of the various options, the sandwich itself will be served on freshly sliced Italian bread and will include tomato, coleslaw, and fries ... IN the sandwich. It's a mouthful, but so good!
My personal favorite (and I have sampled a few of these), is the Pastrami and Cheese, but I ask them to add some spicy brown mustard. Yum!
Now it's your turn to try one and decide if it's for you.

Had a sandwich and chili ordered for delivery. Chilli never made it and when I called they said it was sitting on the counter. Never offended to send it to me. Sandwich (Pastrami) was average to be generous. Didn't live up to my high expectations. Maybe best to dine in as it likely was the drivers fault.

A local legend for a reason. Great food and quick service. They forgot part of our meal, but with the sandwiches we didn’t need the extra.
