Primanti Bros at the Suncrest Town Centre is always awesome to stop at. The manager Sarah took care of us. The waitress Mahlia was so sweet. Definitely glad we decided to stop in today for lunch.
Stopped by Primanti Bros since I work in the area. The place has a nice atmosphere, and the service was great. I had a BBQ burger—it was okay, but nothing special. I probably wouldn’t go back for the food, but it seems like a good spot to grab a drink.

Used to be good. Used to go there a lot. Quit when they added politics.

As a born and bred Pittsburgher I frequent Primantis and this is the worst experiance I have ever had there. The server Zaied was absolutely trash. He passed over us several times when trying to order, entered our order incorrectly, was slow to get refills and seemed generally uninterested in serving us.
The resturant was fairly slow but service was beyond sub par.

Horrible service. Spent 20 minutes in a mostly empty restaurant without anyone serving us. Ended up walking out.
The food truly was disappointing. My fries were old cold and hard I even said to the server I don't understand are they supposed to look and taste like that. My friend chicken sandwich was disgusting I asked for a to go container but left it on the table because I had no intention on eating it later. My loaded nachos had no flavor did I eat them yes I came there very hungry and refused to waste all my money.

I can say I seen with my own eye how the food is handled and I’ve see some of the cooks drop food on the floor put it up and serve it to customers. The staff members pick at the customer food as it sits in the window waiting to go out. They do not fix food safety standards at all and I don’t see them wash their hands and more then half of the time no one is wearing gloves. I would not recommend this restaurant

I’m going for healthy options so this isn’t really the place for that. Was with a large group and our server was fantastic. Salads are good. They have na beer options!

Meh. There are better Primantis out there.
I asked for my fries on the side. Don't judge....I just don't like them on the sandwich.
They came on the sandwich. No clue who messed up, the waitress or cook, but when my sandwich came back corrected, it was cold and still had fries in it. So they, picked through my sandwich and brought it like that, cold. Ick.

Just left the restaurant after waiting 40 minutes to try and order food. Made eye contact with our server and manager several times and they kept walking by. If you see a woman with long blonde/brown hair with tattoos come to seat you; sit in a different section

This past year I visited the Robinson location. I sat at the bar with my service dog. When I revealed that I wouldn’t be having alcohol- I wasn’t offered a water or a menu and was asked to stand at the end of the bar for “someone else to take the order”. I’d wanted a water while I ordered an appetizer to eat in the store while I waited for a takeout sandwich.
So I stood at the end of the bar for easily ten minutes. Multiple employees walked past me and no one acknowledged me.
I watched the bar as I stood there. A group of people sat down right where I was and they were immediately given menus and served drinks, as well as others at the bar.
I was in awe of this discrimination so I left.
I contacted corporate and in order for them to get out of a disability lawsuit I was given lip service and told I’d be sent a gift card. Well, it never came.
They assured me this would be taken seriously and it obviously wasn’t so I will be moving forward with a discrimination complaint with the DOJ and ADA.
