We waited 20 minutes for someone to seat us. Then we had to ask for a waitress after 20 minutes sitting there. She took our order for sodas, said she would be right back. 15 minutes later brought our sodas, took our food order, waited an hour for meals forgot our appetizers, onion rings that were burnt, our fries were burnt. Very disappointed. The waitress was miserable, kept complaining she was busy.Never going back

I ordered a Bourbon twice.They were very week drinks.I ordered a " Deluxe Turkey and Double Bacon Tall Boy sandwhich ".The price on the menu was $10.49.I was charged $11.99.There was :No Bacon at all !No Cheese at all !The fries were on the side, and not on the sandwich.I searched for the missing ingredients of this..Deluxe sandwich.There were none.Maybe because I was NOT A REGULAR CUSTOMER. ?♂️I would definitely NOT recommend this substandard, food, service, or price difference.THERE IS NO EXCUSE !!!" marble rye DELUXE TURKEY & BACON....... 10.49 Turkey, double bacon, Swiss cheese, Bacon tomato Ranch sauce".

As always the food was delicious but service has been slipping recently. I don’t know if they’re short staffed but long wait at hostess counter and long wait for server to take drink and food order. Hopefully staffing can get back to normal because I love Primanti Bros.
