PRIMANTI BROS., Pittsburgh located at 1001 5th Ave Lower Concourse, Section 119, Pittsburgh, PA 15219-6201. Is a great place to have Angus beef and cheese sandwich. It comes with fries, coleslaw, with lettuce, and tomatoes. If you want everything on it. Delicious with the Berry Drunk Duckie!

Marisa was SUCH a sweetheart. Very attentive and kind. She made sure we had everything we needed as soon as we asked, even gave our daughter advice on school since it’s her first year at pitt. Will be back to see her again!

Fantastic sandwich shop and sports bar. The sandwiches are piled high with meat, coleslaw, and fries which all go very well together: hydration to match the high fat and protein fillings we all love. Pickes also on point, a whole pickle for a dollar! Vibes are great too, lively place with cozy lighting amongst old artwork.
My only complaint (given to service and overall stats) is no pricing on the menu for drinks. And when I asked waitstaff, they didn't know the pricing for a pint of draft beer. All good has prices, just please put prices for drinks!

Huge sandwich, very generous with the fillings, so unbelievably delicious. The pastrami, the sauces, the fries, it all just works.
Also I was picking up a take out order but man the place had an electric atmosphere, and watching the chef handle so many orders simultaneously was impressive.
This is a must visit place for anyone passing through Pittsburgh.

Primanti Bros. Restaurant and Bar is a classic Pittsburgh stop, with a lively, no-frills vibe. It’s known for big sandwiches stacked with grilled meat, provolone, coleslaw, and fries right on the bread, plus wings, salads, and shareable appetizers. TVs are usually on with the game, and it’s an easy place to meet friends after class or grab a late bite. You order at the table, the food comes fast, and portions are filling for the price. The bar has the usual drafts and simple cocktails if you want to hang out longer. It works for quick lunches, casual dinners, or watching a Steelers, Penguins, or Pitt game with a crowd. Takeout is straightforward when you’re headed back to study. It’s loud, friendly, and very Pittsburgh.

Had some really nice Reuben sandwiches here with my Parents. The waiter seemed like they had never worked in food service before that day but hey everyone starts somewhere. The music is too loud and kind of ruins the vibe. The tvs are an interesting touch but positioned kind of weird if you want to sit in the back. They took forever to get our check back as well. Overall I would recommend it for the price but next time I’m definitely getting the food to go. 😂

I’m from out of town and I wanted to try something native to Pittsburgh, so I went here and let me tell you, it did not disappoint. Fresh ingredients and generous portions. I got the Reuben and it was one of the best I ever have. The flavor was unique unlike any I’ve had so 10/10 would recommend.
