Came in near closing but was still given above and beyond service. Portions were generous and the price was nice. Would come here more often if I lived closer. 5 stars.

The entire staff was so friendly and accommodating. Chris the manager made a point to thank us for coming in and even gave us a free brownie to say thank you. The food was great with very fresh ingredients, one of the best hoagies I’ve had in a while. Great prices too!

Came in on a whim, and I'm not overly impressed by sandwiches but this one was incredible!!! Every ingredient tasted so fresh, especially the bread. The staff was so kind and the store was very clean. Definitely will be back

Damn this hoagie hit different and it was the great kind. I’m a Jersey Mik’s guy but the one I hit near my hotel was not good so I tried something new and the Italian was the most unique Italian I’ve ever had and it was so good. Might have to hit the place up one more time before I leave town.

Ordered a large party platter after they closed for the next day. Picked it up right when they opened - with plenty of time to get to the stadium area for our tailgate. Food was great, the person at the counter was super friendly. The bathroom was clean.

I placed my pick-up order on their website at least half an hour prior and was set for 12:29pm. I arrived at 12:34pm late and was told they only just began making it. I waited for about 10 min as someone was ahead of me. I arrived back at work only to discover the Soprano sub I ordered was missing the roasted red peppers so it was simply cracked pepper turkey breast with sharp provolone. They’re lucky the flavor combo worked so well, because they forgot oil as well.

This review pains me, because Primo used to be my go-to for high quality sandwiches, but unfortunately, this location in Pittsburgh does not live up to high quality standards.Despite being the only non-staff person there, I was served a sandwich on bread so stale, I could barely bite into it. Such a SHAME because the ingredients inside are terrific. And IDK about you, but when I get served a footlong sub, I expect it to be cut in half, because, you know, I'm not a caveman!$18 lunch is a lot to spend on a bad experience. I hope the store improves, and readers to take caution.

I've been here a number of times and had a good experience my first few times until my last couple times they've been out of numerous products, and its always blamed on someone else. I go today only for them to take my co workers order wait 5 mins and then ask if i needed to buy anything while the girl was on her phone. So I picked from what they had only for it to be made wrong last three times. Seeded bread is terrible and hard. Why would that be the 1st option. Even my co-worker got a meatball sandwich, and it was a couple of degrees from still being frozen. Lastly, I had a couple hundred reward points only for them to say they don't know what happened to them. Definitely won't be returning.

We called to see if we could get it fixed, but the dude was being a jerk.

The subs were pretty good, but I was ordering for my boss and his order was really wrong. We called to see if we could get it fixed, but the dude was being a jerk. He was like “I know how to make a sandwich” and hung up. So, I’ll leave a 1 I guess.

If I could give negative I would. Overpriced, to start. The bread was ROCK HARD to the point it wasn’t edible. We threw it away. Spent $75 and over half of it was missing in the order. The receipt said they were out of turkey, but yet didn’t give a discount or call to change considering half the meat wasn’t included in the expect sandwhich. Will never waste my money for below subpar sandwiches.

Stopped by right at opening to get an early lunch.Service was quick and friendly. Got the Audiablo, which I loved. Bread was tasty and the meats had a good spice to them. This was my first time to Pittsburgh but I'm sure I'll visit PrimoHoagies again when I return.
