My coworker and I get lunch (this week) here constantly.
Even done large trays for meeting.
Well we did.
We realize that they can't keep staff and when asked what happened to the manager. The lady at the counter had made some comments that where uncalled for. Not only after taken our order she coughed into her hand with gloves on she then started to touch the open product.
My coworker and I are looking for the manager lady that uses to work there. We would love to speak with her to address the comments.
It's a shame the owner would not provide the appropriate training for the staff.

Sierra made me the ABSOLUTE BEST Italian tuna hoagie that I have ever had. The bread was warm and soft, the pickles on it were over the top and Sierra provided the most AMAZING service. Please visit this location when you are in the city. You will not be disappointed! AWESOME!!!

After a long day at the game some friends and I wanted to get some something to eat.
Walking down Penn avenue towards primo hoagies there was a employee screaming out the door at another individual walking past stating she was going to have her beat up and then when tried to come into the store she closed early. Extremely unprofessional using profanity.

It’s currently 7:05pm and it states that they close at 8pm and the doors are locked… dude looked at me and shrugged his shoulders like “Oh, Well”… terrible.

stopped here for lunch when attending a conference. They were short staffed and hit with a rush of people from the event and they handled it so well. The service was amazing and the food was great and totally worth the wait. Shoutout to the two ladies working their butts off today!

Soooo good!! I’m a sandwich guy and stumbled onto this shop while traveling for work in Pittsburgh. Recommend the cheesesteak, but def gonna try the mild Italian next trip. Wish had one in Charlotte, as I’d be getting the catering for football season!

I am from Philly so let me tell you I can appreciate a good cheese steak.

I appreciated the cheese steak I got from Primo’s so much that I though for a moment I was back in the city of brotherly love.

It seems like there was a shake up recently and the new owner has really stepped up the level of care and attention that goes into every sandwich.

I’ll be returning here to eat anytime I’m in the area.

It took them 30 minutes to make a sandwich. They said they needed to wait for bread to bake. Horrible, don't go here

I’ve ate here so many times in the past, but today completely turned me off. First off, I ordered a small mild sharp Italian, and I’m given a hard, possibly stale, roll.

I go back in hoping for them to remake my sub, only to see that the guy working the register with his gloves on doesn’t know proper food safety. He immediately went back from the register with his sweaty gloves and starts remaking my sub! Completely turned off. I will not be back, and will be calling when the manager is in to complain formally and get my refund!

The BEST sandwiches in Pittsburgh by a landslide. You can tell they really care about the quality. The cheesesteaks are 10/10. My favorite is definitely the Turkey Diablo - SO GOOD!!! The owner Joe is a great guy too.

The manager was nice. He was trying to be accommodating. However, the younger boy goes to the back, puts gloves on, opens the freezer, walks away and comes back with a box. He opens the box (all with gloves on) and then proceeds to clean off the sandwich table with his hands (with gloves). Then he drags the trash can back to the other side of the floor and PUTS HIS HAND in the meat box to start doing my food.

I told the one ringing me up that I couldn't eat from there because he was grossing me out. He offered to make it for me. But if the boy just put his hands in the meats after touching the trash, everything is now contaminated, so NO thank you. Companies need to go over their clean safety more often and stop worrying about the next dime so much. I will not be back.
