I really hate to leave a review like this, but I think this is the worst buffalo chicken hoagie I've ever had.... the bread wasn't really toasted, and the chicken was soggy as heck. Nothing crunchy texture wise at all. If all you do it hoagies, you should be able to put buffalo chicken on bread and make it tasty.

I was scammed. The employees made my sandwich, but without all the meat that was supposed to come with it and still charged me full price. Do not come to to this scheme of a restaurant. They hire lazy people who are a ridiculous excuse for use of oxygen.

The seeded bread was hard as a rock and not good. I got the Italian hoagie, there were only 2 meats on it (maybe ham and cappacola?). Probably the worst Italian hoagie I've had. Way too expensive for what you get, even a small bag of chips was $2.50.

It looks like I should give Primo a solid 4 stars, so why the 2 star rating? It's simply the price. 3 "Primo" sized hoagies, no drinks, no extras were $42.77 + $3 tax making it a darn near $46 "meal" the primo size is 9" length, however it's very skinny and one person could easily eat 2. A "Whole" is listed as 22-24" however as with the 6 and 9 inch versions it's very misleading as the buns are very skinny. A typical local hoagie shop's 12" hoagie is probably larger than the Primo whole. Taste is decent, simply not worth the price. I'd say it's worth half the price. Fact is I'm happier with Red Robin Tavern Double with Unlimited Fries for $9.99.

I am somewhat new to the area and have been in this location twice. Yes it is more expensive than Subway but there is no comparison. I think if you are willing to spend the extra dollars you’ll be happy here. I know what $10 buys me at Subway. And they’ve been going downhill for years. I’d rather spend the extra money at Primo’s or just do without! The quality is much higher and ingredients seem a lot fresher. IMO. I don’t think you could go wrong with anything on menu. I usually skip the cheese but not here. Anything with turkey is lower in calories so I’ve only had that so far. A lot of women could probably get two meals out of the primo size sandwich if you get a small side. Their potato salad is different but very good. They were out of rice pudding today so they substituted dirty pudding. While I don’t need the extra sugar, it is very good! Store seems very clean as well. The saying ‘You get what you pay for’ applies here!

First time going. Very expensive for subs. Food wasn’t great either. Can live without going there again.

Parking: Can be crowded depending on the time of day.

Overpriced deli sandwiches. Poor customer service. Neat and clean gets one star.

I don't know why this place has such a bad rating, they are far and away the best of the chain sandwich shops around here! Fresh ingredients, huge variety, and online ordering is easy and prompt. A bit pricier than what you pay for Subway or Jimmy John's, but the quality you get in return is well worth it.

My daughter and I shared a 9" American hoagie. SO FRESH and delicious. Great bread and thinly sliced meat. Sesame bread was nicer than a regular bun. I'd rather eat this than a complete meal! Give it a try...you wont be dissappointed!!
