This was my second time having Primo’s. My first time was at the location in the strip district. I received the same great customer service here as I did there. food tasted good and fresh. My only complaint is that the sesame bread was burnt on our sandwiches.

That is genuinely one of the best hoagies I’ve ever tasted. The meatball was amazing. It was SO clean the service was good, I asked for a bag and got one. The meatball was AMAZING!

First time customer, ordered a primo on the go box for guys on a local job site. After I cancelled the order at 10am, I called back in a panic at 10:30 and reordered the box. Each time I called I was met with extremely wonderful customer service. They were able to make the box quickly, actually faster than I expected. We are talking making around 16 hoagies not one or 2. . They went above and beyond to accommodate us after my error. Not only supplying the huge box of food...
