beautiful garden setting, the food was spectacular and the kitchen was very accommodating for food allergies.

We were excited to finally try Pusadee's Garden, known for its beautiful ambiance and carefully crafted Thai dishes. Unfortunately, our experience was disappointing from the moment our food arrived.
After our server brought the dishes to the table, he accidentally placed his thumb directly into the 17-ingredient salad dressing — not exactly the touch of complexity we were hoping for. To make matters worse, both the dressing and parts of the salad ended up spilled across the table. No apology or replacement was offered, which was surprising given the restaurant’s reputation for quality service.
The jungle curry followed but was dominated by an overwhelming basil flavor that masked any nuance the dish might have had. The accompanying yellow curry was so sweet that a lollipop could take a lesson, lacking the depth or subtlety we had expected.
Pusadee’s Garden may have its loyal fans and an undeniably lovely setting, but based on this visit, the execution and service left a lot to be desired. Here's hoping it was just an off night.
It deserves a harsh but fair four out of five stars.

Great ambience and beautiful restaurant. We got the eggplant dip, mango salad, khao soi with tofu and the coconut ice cream dessert and everything tasted exceptional.

I was looking for the best Thai in Pittsburgh and I'm convinced I found it. Our server made excellent recommendations and made sure we always had fresh cutlery, sharing plates, and a full glasses of water. As someone who served in high end restaurants, I appreciate the details. Our food took a minute to come out, so our server brought us a glass of amaro to make up for the delay (which we were too caught up talking to even notice). The food was delicious and fresh. To top it all off the ambiance was amazing! I'm truly sad I'm only visiting and can't come back again anytime soon.

Beautiful garden. This place is so cute and well taken care of. The food and drinks are great quality and amazing flavor profiles. I had the chicken roti, and the 17 ingredient salad with the Pusadee's Garden House Seltzer. My coworker enjoyed the soup and pork belly dish. Highly recommend all.

Great service and atmosphere, unfortunately, the food nowhere resembles anything close to Thai food. Have been there several times in hopes they try and make it more “Thai”. As someone who has worked in Thailand for 30 years and currently lives there part time, this might be Thai fusion food at best. Some dishes are decent and some downright terrible but none are really anything you get in Thailand. My wife had the green curry salmon last night. The sauce was a sweet bomb of coconut milk and not much of the normal green curry we get anywhere in Thailand. Plus the salmon was as dry as the sole on my shoe. I really wish they try and serve more authentic Thai food.

Pusadee’s is truly a gem in Pittsburgh! We had the most unforgettable dining experience in their stunning outdoor garden — it’s like stepping into a peaceful oasis. The ambiance is serene and beautifully curated, perfect for a relaxed evening out.
The Thai food was outstanding — fresh, vibrant, and full of flavor. Every dish felt thoughtfully prepared and artfully plated. From the aromatic curries to the perfectly balanced salads, everything we tried was a standout. The service was warm, attentive, and added to the overall experience.
If you’re looking for a place that offers both atmosphere and incredible food, Pusadee’s is a must. Can’t wait to return!

The whole restaurant is beautiful and thoughtfully designed. From the moment you see the outside entrance, you know you’re in for a special experience. We sat in the garden and enjoyed our time there. All of the food was craft, thoughtful, and so flavorful. Definitely worth the trip!

I absolutely love this place! I live in Texas and come up to visit my best friends. We always try to make a trip here. We love to sit in the garden area if it's available! The food is amazing! The dish in my photo is the Khao Soi Beef Cheek with egg noodles.

I do not normally leave reviews but this restaurant is incredible. Not only was the food excellent but the service was too. Our water and wine glasses were never empty and everyone was so attentive. I see why this place is so hard to book. Will definitely be back soon.

TL:DR - BEST Restaurant in PITTSBURGH from the vibes to service to MOST importantly the FOOD.
Went in on a Friday night and this place was packed. It is tucked away behind the door, but once you open you see why it is called a garden. Beautifully designed, I would get a reservation here for outdoor seating the next time. We had 2 people and walked in and was told we could sit at the bar in about 5 minutes and were promptly seated. The bartender was so kind and we were pretty hungry and ordered some food. Roti arrived first, and let me tell you, this was one the best bites I have EVER had in my life. It was so authentic and I savored the flavor of every bite (10/10). We then got the 17 ingredient salad and this was also great, not something I have had before but it was extremely fresh with some great flavors (8.8/10). Then we got the Grilled Shrimp Panang curry, and wow. It was so so so good and blows every other Thai food I have had in Pittsburgh out of the water (9.5/10). To finish of the got the Mango Sticky rice and it finished of the meal PERFECTLY. Every bite was so good and I am in awe of how fresh everything was (10/10). GO HERE AND EAT SOME FOOD.

Pros: Food was delicious and the ambiance beautiful (the garden is lovely).
Cons: The restaurant itself is extremely noisy and I found the front of house staff to be somewhat pretentious. I also tried calling to check the busyness level of the restaurant before I came and they were intentionally vague (aka not useful). That set the tone for the rest of my visit. I don’t enjoy dining at places who act like they are doing me a favor when I am the one paying $74.90 (before tip) for a drink, salad, and entree.

Upon recommendation from friends, I recently had the pleasure of dining at this remarkable restaurant, and I was thoroughly impressed from the moment I arrived. The ambiance was warm and inviting, creating a welcoming atmosphere that immediately set the tone for the evening.
I was fortunate to have an attentive and knowledgeable waiter who suggested starting with the Southern-style tuna laab. Although I don’t typically enjoy tuna, I decided to be adventurous and I’m glad I did. The dish was exceptionally fresh and light, making it a perfect appetizer that exceeded my expectations.
For the main course, I was recommended the khao soi with beef cheek, egg noodles, pickled mustard greens, and a red and yellow curry broth. This was, without question, the standout dish of the night. The beef cheek was incredibly tender, and the broth offered layers of complex, evolving flavors with every bite. Each component complemented the others beautifully, creating a dish that was both comforting and deeply satisfying.
At one point, I found myself pausing just to savor the experience it was truly that good.

I'm late in writing this review but need to express how amazing this restaurant is. We dined a few weeks ago and had a lovely table in the courtyard. A summer storm came through and the staff did an excellent job of getting umbrellas up or helping people inside quickly (we chose to stay outside). Our server Seam was knowledgeable, funny and made us feel welcome and appreciated. The food is delicious, we enjoyed everything we ordered. Can't wait to go back again!
