I stopped going here a few years ago as it was pretty ehhh but recently heard in a neighborhood group the management has turned things around. So I tried it again and it was such a good experience. Despite being late they still had everything I wanted stock and it was fresh. The gal with jet black hair put my bowl together and she was pleasant and offered a suggestion that i enjoyed. Chipotle is always out of stuff so i think I'm going to start going here for fast casual Mexican.

Qdoba in SouthSide Pittsburgh has the best service. Their employees are attentive, have great standards, and always have every option of food ready, fresh, and available. I am overly satisfied when I stop into this place every time and it is very much appreciated. Keep up the great work!
The worst service I could of recieved so far from a fast food restaurant. I called to ask if my online order could have an additional change an hour before I was due to pick it up and was rudely and impatiently told by the guy (supposedly the store manager) that answered the phone we are in a lunch rush and I normally don't answer the phone and I was continued to be rushed as he stated "what do you want with you order". I of course canceled the order because who would trust a store being run by an impatient employee to make their food with an attitude as bad as his.

I thought they got my uber-eats order wrong. But i realized i must have missed clicking something on accident - they made me a free quesadilla even though it was MY fault and it was so nice of them! And the quesadilla SMACKED!!!! So good!
