Ordered a pizza. 2 hours later and the pizza never arrived but my CC got charged. Walked over. They claimed they never got the order. Showed them the email and cc statement. Very shady. Do not order from this place. Calling AMEX to reverse the charges.

This place is the best place tonight I tasted the hottest sandwich but the best they are the greatest people and if you are going through a hard time they help out and make sure you eat. The food and the people are the best and wonderful I recommend this place to any and everyone......

Called in and asked if they had broccoli puffs in. I asked first because they had been out all week. The guy says yes, I order that and a garlic bread with cheese. They send over cheesy bread and mozzarella sticks. They put the cold ranch dressing in the small container of mozzarella allowing them to get cold prematurely. When I called back to tell them the order was completely incorrect, he tried to lie to me and claim I asked for cheesy bread when I know for a fact I did not. When I complained about the broccoli puffs he said they were out of them and would give me a credit the next day when they came in. When he knew he didn't have any he should have called back and explained that, not send over an alternative I didn't order and still charge me. When I explained all this the guy was all, "what do you want me to do about it?" Terrible experience and shady practices.
