Ordered a pizza. 2 hours later and the pizza never arrived but my CC got charged. Walked over. They claimed they never got the order. Showed them the email and cc statement. Very shady. Do not order from this place. Calling AMEX to reverse the charges.

This place is the best place tonight I tasted the hottest sandwich but the best they are the greatest people and if you are going through a hard time they help out and make sure you eat. The food and the people are the best and wonderful I recommend this place to any and everyone......

Called in and asked if they had broccoli puffs in. I asked first because they had been out all week. The guy says yes, I order that and a garlic bread with cheese. They send over cheesy bread and mozzarella sticks. They put the cold ranch dressing in the small container of mozzarella allowing them to get cold prematurely. When I called back to tell them the order was completely incorrect, he tried to lie to me and claim I asked for cheesy bread when I know for a fact I did not. When I complained about the broccoli puffs he said they were out of them and would give me a credit the next day when they came in. When he knew he didn't have any he should have called back and explained that, not send over an alternative I didn't order and still charge me. When I explained all this the guy was all, "what do you want me to do about it?" Terrible experience and shady practices.

We ordered from here many times and the food is normally good. But today I was given a calzone with spoiled ricotta cheese inside. We will never order from there again.so disappointed!!!!!

I don't recommend this place. Pizza is lousy and sauce is way too sweet. Also, they got the order wrong and were supposed to replace the pizza. They ended up sending some additional sauces which were icy and cold. After another phone call they said they are sending another pizza. I hope this time the pizza order is correct. They did try to rectify this situation but, I don't like the taste of their pizza.

Order food an hour before lunch on their website. I left specific instructions for the food to be at the front desk at 5pm. The driver called at 451. We are not allowed phones during working hours. Drive left before 5pm. I called the location at 449pm to find out where food was. They said driver was on his way. I called at 525 to see where my food was. They told me at the location the driver had already been there and left. Fortunately I got a refund but the whole situation could have been avoid if they actually followed the items for the food deliver. Why have a food delivery comments section if they won't follow it.

I used to love the meatball calzone from this place. The trash i got delivered tonight was a poor excuse for food even late at night. No ricotta and chopped up frozen garbage meatballs. Basically just mozzarella and dough. Won't be making the mistake of ordering from here again.

Was hungry after a party so the front desk clerk of the hotel recommended this place. I called to order and was on hold for longer than usual. When they answered I tried to order some wings but was told that they were only making pizzas now. So I ordered a cheese pizza. I wasn't expecting much. But this was one of the cheesiest pizzas I've ever had. It was pretty good too. I'd order from there again but I really wanted wings.

The space is clean and the staff was friendly. I went for an early lunch and asked if I could order by the slice. I was told yes, but that it would take about 5 minutes. Then shortly after ordering, I was told that I could only chose from pepperoni and plain. I ordered a slice of both. After waiting, I was told that it would be another ten minutes. The slice of plain came out first, it was okay. Lacked a little flavor but fine for a cheap slice. 5 minutes later, out came the pepperoni slice and it was very cheesy and the toppings were sliding all over the place. I wonder if the pizza had settled and wasn't served right away, if it would have been better. With so many places to eat downtown, I probably won't be back.
This place is a must stop for anyone looking for great food at a reasonable price. Not only is the food great but the service is always accommodating. I came in at 2 AM for a burger and they were very polite and conversational. It's an especially attractive spot for local college kids due to their awesome student deals. Definitely check it out.

If I could give this place a zero rating I would! I was so hot walking around and wanted something good to eat and my family owns two pizza places so I love trying new pizza and the lady at the front was SO rude. Seemed annoyed was NOT helpful. I asked if there was any special and she literally shook her head and didn't even look at me. Way to help out people, specially tourists wanting to have a good experience. Didn't even order anything because of her attitude
