The prices were higher than I expected based on the website. We were also charged $15 extra for rice for what was supposed to be an all inclusive meal. 2 sodas and 1 cocktail added $40 to the bill. When we ordered a waitress checked back with us to be sure we understood the price was for 1, not both dinners. Considering it was close to the prices for every other dinner that was obvious. Maybe they thought we looked like we couldn't afford it. The food was excellent though.

Food wasn't good at all I was told if I ordered what I wanted I would have to wait an hour then seen other people with the same thing I had to order hibachi chicken which was not good then the service was horrible had to wait 30 mins for my table and I had a reservation then decided to move to the bar and our server was was not warm or welcoming.

Hour wait for a reservation made. Made a reservation at 7:30 arrived at 7:20 did not sit down to eat till 9pm. Unacceptable. I spent over 200 dollars for poor service from our waiter as well. Not sure if I'll ever come back after this tragedy.

Arrived for a 7:30 reservation made 1 month in advance was told we had to stand and wait 1 hour because they were behind... food arrived around 9:20 pm chef did his best to try to make our experience better no complaints about the food until my last guest wasn't able to eat due to the grill shutting down I was told by the manager it wasn't the first grill that failed that nite... spent a total of 3 hours in the restaurant while another paid event was happening was told by manager that everyone waited 3 hours to eat never have I ever experienced such lack of concern nor care for patrons in my life Will be calling corporate early Monday will never patronize again sincerely long time supporter now to never return..

Valentine's Day experience was good . I didn't lik the new yum sauce it taste like nothing but mayonnaise. But overall experience was okay.

We had a 2:30pm reservation. Chef showed up to the table almost an hour later. Took 30+ minutes after sitting to get drinks. Shrimp was undercooked.

Because it was Valentine's Day, they had a Valentine's Day menu. I did not want the add ons that was with the courses so I got the chicken fried rice with shrimp & steak. My husband got the 5 course steak meal. I the same sides as my husband's 5 course steak meal and shrimp and steak pieces were so freaking tiny, you can barely see them, let alone taste them!

The service and food were not what I remember. Little taste to the food. Our steak was over cooked and just tasted like stew meat. The waiter was rude and acted as if our sitting in the lounge was a huge inconvenience to him. For over a $100 dollar bill I expected way better.

Eric cooked for us and let me just say, Eric Rocks Best food I have had at Benihana in years! Also, they had us in and out in an hour, which used to be unheard of. It was a great experience and I will be back again! We have been going here for 25 years, and will be going for 25 more!!
